Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Clean facilities, close to downtown and especially I loved how close it was to the river and the parks. Would definitely stay here again.

Wifi could have been a bit better. Also if I was the Manager I’d definitely invest in the kitchenware (the is no pan, no pot, no knife, no forks or spoons in the kitchen), as you book the hotel because it has a kitchen in the room but you basically come to completely unequipped kitchen, so for many it’s useless. So, I’d basically invest in all of it and bumped the room price by $3/night. You’d break even in a month or so, and it’s pure cash-flow since then :)

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel for a week. Very quiet hotel overall and the railway noise from time to time wasn’t a big issue at all. Very friendly and accommodating staff!

There is zero kitchenware provided. You have nothing in it. The hotel could probably buy and have in the units the kitchenware and increase nightly rate by a colourless of dollars. In 6 months you’d start profiting from doing that.

To start out a very great fri t fest. The manager is super. Right there for everyone. All other front seat also Iv bern back from out of state. Four times now staying at My Place in Iowa this week

Needs more products to buy save a trip to a store. Like small containers we can’t carry on our fights hair spray. More selection on tooth paste

I had stayed at this property before and this time I brought food. That little kitchen area is perfect. I loved having the ice maker in my room so it wasn’t necessary to go searching for an ice machine. The clothes basket, which I used for the clothing I had worn, was a nice item to have. The bed was great and so was the price. The room was very clean.

The location is fantastic. The rooms were clean and the staff is great.

I’m disabled and need to use a cart for luggage. Apparently the hotel only has one cart and it was lost the staff could not find it. However the lady at the front desk offered to assist me. She helped get my bags out of my vehicle and to my room. I was very appreciative she was very helpful.

Everything looks new and well maintained. Staff are very friendly, beds are comfortable, and the room is very nice. Love the amenities in the room. While the hotel is near train tracks, we never heard the train from our room (which was as on the first floor nearest the train tracks). We were concerned at first, but it was not an issue at all. Great value. Would definitely stay again!

I've never heard of my place hotels before but i was very pleasantly surprised . The room looked very up to date, stylish and clean. The beds,pillows and linens were very comfortable and cozy. I Loved the full mini kitchen and the bathroom was clean and nice. The whole room was great and staff were very nice.

The only thing was the refrigerator motor was very loud and making a grinding sound all night long .

We needed to get out of our trailer and into a room to avoid the heatwave. The accommodations were exactly what we needed. The extra benefit was the size of the refrigerator and the kitchen space. I didn't expect that. As well as the large bathroom.

I wish, because of the heat, it had covered parking, but that wasn't an overall issue. It was safe and convenient to park.

MyPlace hotel was clean, good location, and the entire building was brand new! All the furniture was simple but nice, the bathroom clean and well kept, and a very large room for the price. The receptionist was super nice and really friendly. Despite being skeptical of a budget hotel, would definitely go back to a MyPlace hotel over other similar priced choices. And no paying for a nasty breakfast bar you don't want! But they do have snacks and kitchen plates/tools for sale as the room contains a kitchen similar to a Residence Inn.

I loved the reclining chair in the room, the bathroom soaps and amenities were great and the kitchenette was super handy, love the large fridge I also appreciated the complimentary hot drinks in the lobby.
