Well, I can highly recommend this hotel. - perfect location, just couple of minutes walk from railway and bus station, so you can reach the accomodation very easily when you arrive to Palermo by plane. - very good connection to buses, the bus stop is just behind the corner on the main street. - walking distance to most sightseeings, like cathedral, markets, fountain, quattro canti and other streets with possibility to enjoy the nightlife. - Lidl just in few meters from the hotel. - very clean room and kitchen. - and last but not least, Marco - the owner is very very helpful gu. He will tell you everything about your stay, what to see, where to eat. In fact he contacted us prior to our arrival via WhatsApp with lot of information.

Marco and his partner, Serena, welcomed us to the place with smiles. Marco gave us complete information about the place and a small map where the best places are found. With a lift to access 3rd floor. It is next to Lidl, where we can buy water and important stuff. Two blocks away is ViaMarqueda street and it is just walking distance away from quatro canti and the rest of the best places. 9min walk to palermo centrale where the trains and buses going to/from PMO airport are found. Easy way to mondello beach and cefalu and to the neighboring places.

One of the best BnBs I’ve ever been to! Everything has been extremely well thought-out and the level of attention and care that has been put into each and every detail is unprecedented. The room is big and comfortable, the bathroom is really nice and comes with a little basket full of things to use during the stay. The location is great - it’s on the edge of the historical center on one side and at the start of a very cute street buzzing with restaurants and bars. You can see that Serena and Marco are putting their heart into their BnB and that it is their passion. They are both extremely hospitable and welcoming and went the extra mile for us (which included bringing us breakfast extremely early so that we would have something to eat before our flight). Do yourself a favour and go there !

We spent one night at B&B Vento del Sud. We really liked this accommodation. The room was very clean and tidy. Each room has its own bathroom with a key. The bathroom was also cleaned and fresh. Marco was a great and pleasant host, he provided us with all necessary information regarding the accommodation. Also he gave us great tips on what to visit in Palermo. The door unlock app worked very well and there was no problem. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, each room had its own box with food and also its own section in the refrigerator. The owner takes care of the guests so we highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you.

Very modern, centrally located and comfortable and Marco provided excellent information and service including directions and restaurant recommendations. Breakfast and the associated amenities were good and plentiful

Perhaps we didn't read the reviews or property description closely enough but having the bathroom (private, not shared) across the hall was not ideal but it ended up being OK in the long run since there are really only three rooms at the property and I believe one has an en-suite bathroom (but it wasn't ours...)

Marco and Serena were extremely friendly and welcoming. Marco must have spent an hour giving us recommendations of things to see, places to eat, and how to get there. They also did a great job keeping us informed of how to find the B&B. They have an excellent location for seeing the old historical center of Palermo: no more than a 15-minute walk to the central train station, no more than an 15-minute walk to the cathedral and Normal Palace, and most anything within a 25-minute walk. There are plenty of places to have a drink or get a bite to eat in a 15-minute walk or less. Excellent location. The rooms were clean and private. Even with another couple staying, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The breakfast is generous and quite tasty. We had a great stay - and would definitely stay here again! No complaints at all to do with Marco and Serena's welcome or their place.

Our entire stay was contactless as all information was provided online. The accommodation was very modern and comfortable, with air conditioning in every room, which was a huge plus. We especially appreciated how child-friendly everything was. The room layout, breakfast, and the automated breakfast system were exceptionally good. We had a few extra requests (vacuum cleaner and scale for our flight luggage), and they were perfectly accommodated. It's evident that they run the B&B with great care and passion—huge respect for that! Thank you!

The cleanliness of the shower could have been better.

We had a wonderful stay at Marco's! It is so so clean and so welcoming, we felt like at home. The flat is decorated with taste, and there is even a space dedicated for children, so they can play if they wish. Marco is very generous with his time - he welcomed us at around 9pm because our bus was late, and came early in the morning to bring fresh bred. We recommend Marco's flat without any hesitations. I loved this alternative to a traditional hotel. The owner of the flat is so very nice, took time to explain the neighborhood and property to me. The flat was extremely clean, spotless. The bedroom was very large and had it's own designated bathroom located across the hall with it's own key which I really appreciated. The pantry and refrigerator were stocked with designated room numbers. I would absolutely recommend renting this property. The location cannot be beat either!

Marco is a great host. Very available via WhatsApp and will help give tips on where to eat and what to see. He also kindly provides breakfast (salty or sweet depending on your preference). The bathroom is separate from the room but is therefore more spacious. It is cleaned daily and the the shower temperature/pressure is great. Bedroom is good size and also tidied daily. You can hear noise from the street at night, but when I was looking up places in Palermo, this pretty standard when staying in the historical centre. Just shutting the window blocks out most of the noise. The location is ideal. It's close to the town centre and to the central train station as well as bus terminal (if you're planning day trips elsewhere). Location also felt safe
