Room size, facilities and staff.

The pillows were not comfortable and the hotel didn’t offer me replacement when I asked for them. One of the two rooms I booked was filled with mosquitoes when I arrived. The location is close to the center but transportation from and to the hotel usually takes time because of the traffic especially during the peak hours.

Location was very good, near shopping malls and Sky Train Station. Tuk Tuk from hotel to main street available. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms with kitchen and balcony. Great breakfast buffet with lots of different things to choose. Swimmingpool small but nice. Really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful place for couples, families and single travellers.

It is a nice property with more than adequate facilities. Comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast isn't anything to shout about but it suffice to satiate morning hungers before the actual feast out on the streets of Bangkok. Quiet location away from the busy main streets.

Abit of a lack of convenience store within a 10min walk. Nearest is a Phloen Chit station, so do need to plan grocery runs if needed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Found that I could not connect the wifi in the room which is on the 2nd floor during the whole stay. Have informed the receptionist and hope this issue will be resolved should we stay there in future. In addition, it was very hard to adjust the temperature for the shower - it is either too cold or too hot. It took at least a few mins to adjust - so it was also a waste of water. Hope the hotel can upgrade the shower tap to the newer type instead of having one tap for hot and one tap for cold water.

The quietness, cleanliness and the friendly staff, especially JJ. There is tutu provided to BTS. The unit is spacious for my family.

The swimming pool is too small and unclear water with lots of mosquitoes, breakfast is decent with limited varieties.

The staff are all very nice. When you talk to them, they will answer any questions you may have and with a smile. The room is also quite spacious and comfortable. It's about 7 mins walk away from ploenchit station but the shuttle solves the problem of going in and out the area. Ploenchit is a few stops away from the shopping district.

The washing machine was a disappointment as it had a dewy smell and I regret washing my clothes in it. But otherwise, all the other amenities are ok. Just don't use the washing machine. There was also no dishrack where I can put the clean dishes to dry. So just bring a towel so you can wipe them after washing. Lastly, for some reason during my stay, it was a bit noisy at night (2 am). Not sure if there were renovations being done or if my neighbors were simply noisy. But mostly, I was able to sleep comfortably

Water leakage in the bathroom, which had to be attended to twice and towels a bit worn!

We love the amenities that comes with the room - you have all your necessities for a long stay. But what makes it an amazing are the staff who are always ready to go above and beyond to help. A special mention to JJ who has been extraordinary, always present with a big smile and help you get around Bangkok.

Once we got our bearings, it was a very short walk to the BTS. Staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was efficient and left my children’s teddies in cute display much to their delight.

Not much! Maybe once looking a little deeper (eg in groves, light fittings and air con vents, a little dusty.
