Good location, nice stuff, big room, quiet, kitchen is fully equipped.

The hotel could have invested in couple of tea bags and coffee capsules. There is a coffee machine but where do I suppose to buy coffee capsules? And a couple of tea bags cost nothing but it wouldn't make me look for a shop and buy the whole pack. Also we stayed on the first floor, windows to inner yard, which was good and quiet until the stuff would go out to smoke, all that smoke entered our room.

Great, clean, spacious apartment. Very quiet and in a very good location. There is also a pool table at the basement of the building. Very nice and helpful staff. The apartments look a bit dated, but are very clean.

A few things that could be changed: there is a dishwasher in the room, but dishwasher tablets are not provided. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement, but washing liquid is not provided. You can buy those at the reception, but it just creates a cheap impression.. I think the hotel could afford providing these for the guests. In any case, nothing major..

Central location, our room was very big, bright and well equipped. It was peaceful at night and most of the activities concerning the inner city (especially old town) can technically be done on foot. We walked there on a daily basis during our stay. The hotel was also kids friendly, our daughter really enjoyed herself. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. All in all a wonderful stay and we would definitely come again.

The breakfast was a bit too basic in my opinion. We booked our trip to have it included but missed some fresh fruit (except apples), eggs, bacon and maybe also some local delicacies. However, everything available was very fresh and tasted good.

Our short stay in Vinohrady was more exceptional by the wonderful staff. From the friendly and super helpful team to the understanding management who welcomed our pets ( which was a surprise though) everything was perfect. The room was cozy, and the location peaceful and quiet. As a remote worker, I appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi, which was a great relief. Overall, we had an amazing experience, thanks to Ana and Alex at the reception desk, who went above and beyond with their kindness and support

This is a beautiful hotel - strongly recommend it. The rooms were large, well stocked, good quality fixtures and fittings. The staff were pleasant and helpful - especially Ernest on reception! It was clean and safe. We didn't have breakfast but it looked fine. The area around the hotel was very pleasant.

The only down side was the distance from the old town, castle etc - it took 50 minutes to walk back to the hotel once we had finished sight seeing.

Exactly the location I was looking for. Not a tourist hot spot but a nice 19th century quarter . Lots of nice restaurants and bars in the area. Furthermore the apartment was really well equipped with kitchenette/living area. Not hyper modern but uo to date. The personell was really friendly and helpful with answers to questions and suggestions regarding Prague.

Nothing. It may not be right in the middle of old Prague and maybe it needs a 5 to 10 min stroll to the next tram.

I like the area very much, Vinohrady is far better than downtown Prague. There are nice bars, pubs and restaurants all around. The hotel is very nice, the rooms - I had a studio - are spacious.

For one, the entrance hall and lobby are several steps above ground level which you have to climb. That would be impossible for wheelchairs and hard for prams to manage. The continental breakfast was very limited, but all products including coffee are good.

Location, front office, room, small fitness room and billiards/relaxation area. Very quiet, clean. Lots of great restaurants and neighbourhood bars very close.

Breakfast is pretty basic and somewhat pricey for what you get - simple continental. Environmently-friendly hotel, which is good, the only downside of this being that rooms are only cleaned/towels and sheets changed every three days...but that helps the earth!

The location was great, it was clean, spacious and really quiet during the night. Mattress is really comfortable.

The apartment we stayed in was on the ground floor with windows in the living room direct on the street. We couldn't leave them open during the night or day when we were not sitting in the living room as anybody could enter the apartment from the street.

I had a fantastic experience staying at the Mamaison Residence. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, quiet and close to restaurants and public transportation.
