If you are not necessarily on too tight a budget and are looking for somewhere to stay in El Nido - just stay here. The room was exceptional and very well maintained throughout our stay, the beachfront location and views were stunning and the pool and surrounding areas very spacious. The restaurant serves the most gorgeous food and we struggled not to keep going back there for more despite many good places in the town. Drinks reasonably priced for a resort like this and free water too ups offered all day and night. They offer free tuktuk rides to the centre which is handy, but the centre is only a 12-15 minute gentle walk anyway. Last word for the staff… thank you for making our stay so wonderful. Nothing and quite frankly I wouldn’t understand any issue anyone could have here.

We had an incredible stay at Cadlao Resort and Restaurant, where every aspect of our experience was exceptional. The seamless check-in process and attentive staff set the stage for a memorable getaway. Miel and the team at Jinjer Restaurant elevated our visit, creating moments that truly inspired us. The oceanfront location, with breathtaking views of Cadlao Island, felt magical, especially as we witnessed its beauty from sunrise to sunset. The warmth, kindness, and continuous smiles of the staff left a lasting impression and made our stay unforgettable. We eagerly anticipate our next visit to El Nido and look forward to returning to Cadlao Resort and Restaurant.

The WiFi was not dependable and was spotty.

the location away from the busy town was a plus, could easily walk to it or use their free taxi service. Our cottages were small but very comfortable. The view outside our cottages are relaxing and each pod of cottages have a pool. We were in Cadlao 3 but still an easy walk to the restaurant and the main pool with a really awesome view of Cadlao island. I was so very pleasantly surprised and My family couldn't be more pleased with the place.

was looking forward to having pandesal for breakfast every morning but please don't take this away from how we love the place. Also was disappointed that the beach itself is not a swimming beach but was rocky, I'm not blaming this on the property. i could have done better research if that was a deal breaker.

I like how the property does not have a telly, it really makes you connect with your travel buddy or yourself (if traveling alone) and the nature. The staffs and Ursula are so accommodating. The customer service is top tier. Best resort in El Nido if you want to disconnect with social media, escape the chaos from corporate world and have a really relaxing holiday. Also the food in Jinjer restaurant is another reason to choose this resort. The food was amazing! And the cocktails are also delicious. Can’t stop raving about this resort. The best resort my husband and I have ever been to.

A beautiful resort set in a more secluded area, only accessible by tuk-tuk which is no problem at all as the staff arrange it perfectly. The short ride itself is charming, crossing small bridges and passing local scenery. The beachfront bar and restaurant offer epic views of the sunset and the bay dotted with islands. The grounds are lush, with beautiful palm trees, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There are three swimming pools, so plenty of choice, and the restaurant serves delicious food. Compared to other places we stayed in the Philippines, this spot felt a bit busier, with some louder tourists. The resort has certain rules to keep things under control, which works well but does make the atmosphere a little less laid-back. Overall, it’s a beautiful place and definitely worth considering if you’re in El Nido.

So much to love about this place! 3 pools to swim in, delicious breakfast with lots of options, exceptional staff (shoutout to Francis as he was extra amazing!), infrastructure/the rooms - very nice, good AC and fan, very clean, stunning views etc and the transport into town. It’s located a bit out of town, can walk to the property but they offer a shuttle that takes u to the start of town centre which is perfect! We used it heaps and made a huge difference to our experience!

Rooms were a little small and could use a mini fridge/a way to keep water cool, but other than that, nothing!

The resort was AMAZING!! The facilities were superb. The restaurant was phenomenal and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They really went above and beyond. It was great having the free tuk tuk ride into town and back, especially when raining. We had lovely massages there and the pool views were beautiful. Umbrellas were supplied when it was raining which was great.

Unfortunately it was raining for most of our stay. Just a warning to people wanting to stay here that there are no TVs in the room so come prepared with something to occupy yourself if it looks like bad weather. The beds are also quite firm.

The view of the islands from the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating to my family’s needs. The cottages were comfortable with comfortable mattress, toiletries and hair dryer, make up mirror, beach towels were all provided in the room.

The hotel is by the water but there was no beach to lay down. Needed to travel to public beach to enjoy the beach.

This is easily the best accommodation in El Nido, it is waterfront (with sea turtles out front in the morning) and has pools with an incredible sunset just look at the photos we took. There is a free Tuk Tuk service to the Main Street which is amazing and convenient and the rooms were so clean and beautiful. The included breakfast is very good and we were big fans of the bar and Pina coladas. The staff are exceptional including Frances, Mary, Miel and the reception girls they helped us with tours, bikes and island recommendations! Best place we’ve ever stayed!

Nothing! The only thing to be aware of is there are no fridges in the room we stayed in but there is cold water stations around the resort.

Beautiful, idillic resort just outside El Nido town. Breakfast and lunch menus and food were all delicious. We stayed in one of the best rooms with a pool view and perfectly framed view of Cadlao Island - amazing. Rooms were very comfortable and well serviced and all staff were friendly. Spa treatments were also wonderful. A free tuk tuk service is offered into town, although this is only a 10 minute walk. The town is vibrant and has so many wonderful bars and restaurants to suit all styles and budgets.

If we were being picky…. There were probably not enough sun loungers around the main pool when the property was at full capacity. Also the room does not have hot water to the bathroom sink and does not have a fridge (although we appreciate that this may be due to the eco credentials).
