The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. I used to come to this type of hotel and be able to get a filling breakfast that was suitable for a diet restricted diabetic. IE Eggs, bacon/sausage (regular not maple syrup flavored). That last 2 times I have stayed at a Hilton, the eggs were omelets which are fairly okay, but the meat choice has been not suitable for my kind of diabetes. Not at yours, but at a previous Hilton visit, I asked the cooks about plain scrambled eggs and would told it would take a half hour and I could tell I was putting them out. I think this will be my last visit to a hilton, because I cannot get a filling breakfast that I can eat. Everything else was great.

Easiest check in and out ive ever had. The lady working when I checked in was absolutely fantastic and the young man working breakfast over the weekend was so helpful, and pleasant to talk to! Truthfully, this was probably the best hotel experience I've had in the last 2 years and I travel a lot for work...

Didn’t care for the breakfast selection. Would have preferred scrambled eggs or biscuits and gravy to the western omelette

Side door going to room wouldn’t open had to go back around front and park making for a longer walk. I’m disabled so it was an inconvenience to do the extra walk

1st Day there was quite a leak from tub but responsiveness was excellent and plumber fixed issue! The front desk was always very friendly.

No microwave in room! That was too bad since we'd brought back food for the refrigerator. It was hard to understand the housekeeping policy. We could let front desk know if we WANTED maid service but facility lacked details like: What time do they need to know if we want maid service and when we asked from desk they asked us, "What do you want?" This took us aback, like, we want what every other hotel provides when they do maid service (make bed, replace towels, tidy up where needed, vacuum, etc.). I guess i just don't understand the policy. Breakfast on the weekend was good but perhaps i missed the memo on Monday as it seemed things were closing up by 9 (vs. 10 on the weekend).

The breakfast had a great variety from which to choose. The breakfast hostess was very pleasant & helpful!

We had plenty of soap to use in the bathroom but we like a bar of soap as well as liquid soap in a dispenser.

I had knee surgery and they made sure I was taking care of

Great cleanliness and staff

Pump shampoo and hand lotion bottles that people could tamper with grosses me out. Also, the pool was closed.

Breakfast was ok. Not great, but it's not a restaurant and I always keep that in mind.

Beds didn't seem comfortable, but were ok

Staff were extremely helpful finding gluten free options for our granddaughter

A suite would gave been nice.
