Close to family, the staff was awesome, breakfast was decent, room was clean, beds were comfy and a great variety of pillows to chose from!

Getting into the property from the south. Had to go a road above or below they property and then get back on the highway to approach from the north. We were in room 109 and we aren’t sure which room it was but one of the adjacent rooms would create quite a loud noise anytime they used something with water. We weren’t sure it was the toilet flushing or using a sink but it was pretty loud!

Location good for what we wanted..breakfast like other places but was very good....staff all friendly and patience.. parking lot can be hard to get out with traffic backed up..RailTrail not too far away..good pubs + restaurants ..not all that far from kelowna city if going out for nite.....Winfield.Chinese food restaurant not to far away...Delicious!!

No hot tub..would of been nice after a day of biking...$100 refundable deposit, but I guess how most places are now..

Clean comfortable and quiet rooms. Good little breakfast hit the spot. Got free parking for a week while flying out but the front desk person said they were ending that. I told them the reason we were staying there was because they told me on the phone that parking was free for 7 days if staying there one night. We stayed 2 nights while coming and going. Make sure you confirm and get the name of the desk person if you're looking for the parking.

The misunderstanding on the parking, but it was resolved quickly.

the staff was exceptional. We were there because we had a 6am flight , so wanted to not have to drive in the dark. When i asked about dropping off the key because we we leaving by 4am, he prepared us a to-go breakfast since we would be missing the complimentary breakfast. Above and beyond service! We will stay there again next time we fly from Kelowna 100% and have already recommended this hotel to friends

It was so clean. I was really thrilled! It's cheap and cheerful and if you have to go to courses out by the Kelowna airport and you don't want to spend a few hundred a night, it's a perfect option. It's only about 10 mins from the K-town airport.

The only big issue I had is that if youare coming from the kelowna side, you can't just turn into the hotel... but that's not the hotel's fault.

The staff gave us a free upgrade to a room with a small kitchen which was perfect for us, as we were too tired to eat out so we bought microwave food to re-heat in the room. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. If you don't mind a less than half an hour drive from Kelowna, I'd recommend people visiting Kelowna to stay here, especially for those who are looking for a cheaper option.

Staff was extermely friendly, from front desk to house keeping. Excellent breakfast. Room always nice and fresh after house keeping. Room was confortable and spacious.

If you need to go to downtown often, it's a 30 minunte drive.

Location: close to the airport. Good breakfast in the morning and good value! Part of the breakfast available before 7 am so able to enjoy before leaving early for the airport. Staff very nice and helped with getting 2 taxis for the airport for the next morning. Very clean.

Pillows were a bit big but quite personal. A choise would be nice. Otherwise everything was great!

Quiet room, even beside highway. Included kitchenette (did not use). Friendly front desk staff at check-in near midnight. Good breakfast included.

Took last parking space at check-in. Breakfast area cramped but adequate for small number of guests when I checked out.

The room is spacious & clean. The capsule coffee machine in the room is a nice touch. The breakfast is good. Although the selection is not wide (eg. no ham or cheese or fruit), the bagel & muffin are delicious and the Starbuck coffee is actually a strong brew good for international guests (as opposed to the diluted version favoured by locals). The air conditioner is a bit noisy but tolerable. The housekeeping staff has forgotten about the shower/shampoo gel but was quick to provide them when asked and was also very kind to bring an electric kettle for us.
