The hotel is ideal for the price: during summer visits it is a much fairer price than anything else in Split. It is roughly 20 minutes to walk to the beach, which is not too bad. Along the beach there is also plenty of food, so you could spend the whole day at the beach and go back to your hotel. The breakfasts were good and offered a wide variety. Staff were very professional and kind. The rooms are comfortable, there is an elevator, air conditioning, good wifi.

If you are trying to visit the city center, then this hotel's location is awful. As other reviews cite, you will have to walk at least 15 minutes to reach the nearest bus stop. If you want to use a taxi, it is quite expensive (I paid 35 Euros for a ride from the Split bus station to the hotel). Also, the buses are inconsistent and infrequent. Also, it is located in an industrial area, with warehouses and factories nearby. To walk from the hotel to the nearest bus stops requires that you walk without a sidewalk for most of it with a fair amount of traffic.

Staff caring approach and willingness to help out from start till end. Fantastic support from Sara to arrange a taxi from the airport, with little notice during a busy night, when unfortunately severe fire was still burning some areas near the airport. Amazing help from Helena to provide all necessary information to get to the Port and arrange a ferry to Brač. Kindness, Can Do Attitude and creative thinking from Leonardo to make sure i would have my lactose free cappuccino and gluten free breakfast. Top job. Much appreciated, Tonio

Sofa bed was quite small for any of us (two adults and one 14 years old boy).

The staff was went out the way to make us comfortable and help with all our queries. Mariana was very cheerful and always ready to help. She would help us plan our daily trips and gave us very good suggestion for meals , ferries , and other Islands around Split and more

Breakfast was good, especially for vegetarians. Location was worse than what I expected, especially with the garbage collection site next to the hotel, and all the garbage trucks coming in early in the morning, and the bad smell around the hotel.

Beautiful short stay. Best breakfast ever. Staff excellent. Room large and very clean. The hotel is a little bit far away from Split city centre, but the hotel provided shuttle service so it wasn't a problem. Will definitely come back again😊

The location was a bit far but because we had a car it was okay!

Hotel stuff was really nice. Breakfast was good too. We really liked this hotel. Only down side was that it was really far from The Centre. We had to take taxi everytime we wanted to go somewhere. The view from The balcony was amazing.

There were some couple fighting and screaming all the time. You could hear every noice. And Even though The hotel was clean it had little ants walking on The breakfast Area.
