The pre ordered breakfasts were very well presented with top quality ingredients. Richard, our host was very welcoming. The building is beautifully furnished & well maintained. The room was cosy with a king size bed and scrumptious bedding. Towels were clean and fluffy. Blinds & curtains. Heated towel rail. The frontage, hall, stairs, landings & rooms all decorated with elegance, style & superbly finished. Immaculately clean. Well situated with only a few minute walk into town and prom. Enjoyed our 2-night stay.

That is a tuff question. The stay was very good and enjoyable. Maybe a hook on the inside of bathroom door. Maybe a choice of fruit at breakfast time. Was a little upset to be told the window cleaner would be in our room when we were out for the day. As a guest I would normally hope the room for guests stay just for guests for the duration of their stay.

Wonderful 3 nights break in Cromer exploring the surrounding area to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary.. Ogilvy House is a true hidden gem, tucked away down a quiet street, but only a couple of mins walk from sea front and restaurants, pubs and cafes. Richard's customer service is exceptional, thankyou. Our room faced the garden, was roomy, and very comfortable and impeccably clean. Our bathroom was a real treat with lovely deep bathtub and separate walk-in shower. The breakfasts are so tasty and great choice. Brilliant X

We enjoyed a delightful stay at Ogilvy House. Great central location with a wonderful room. Everything spoke quality and the breakfast must rate as one of the finest in Norfolk. The host was a true gentleman and we were made to feel very welcome. We would highly recommended and intend to visit again. THANK YOU!

The shortness of our stay!!!

Wonderful period property, elegantly decorated. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, complemented by a large shower room. Our host Richard was delightful: welcoming and engaging. The breakfasts were delicious and of excellent quality. Good location, just a short walk to the sea front. Nothing negative to say but if I may make one suggestion, perhaps the room would have benefited from a larger TV.

Nothing to dislike

Richard was a lovely host, the house was of very high quality and spotlessly clean. We had a beautiful room with a lovely bathroom with a free standing bath and a great walk in shower.Very comfortable bed with lovely bedding. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room and biscuits also 2 bottles of water daily. We was so impressed with the beautiful breakfast each morning. Top quality products and a excellent choice. And served with care by Richard. Excellent location for the town beach and pier. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Richard for your excellent hospitality.

The breakfast was excellent and tailored to our requests. Richard was a great host, very friendly and welcoming.

We were disappointed to see that the U-bend of the WC was quite stained and limescale evident around rim indicating lack of adequate cleaning. This marred an otherwise excellent room and ensuite.

Breakfast was unbelievably good. Not used to making so many great decisions as to preferences so early in the morning. Host extremely pleasant and informative.

All 4 of us were in our 70s so the third floor was a bit of a struggle. Something I had not looked into when I booked - my mistake!

The best cooked breakfast I can remember and my wife’s continental fruit and yogurt was lovely .Tasteful interior and parking much appreciated .very nice linens and towels .

unfortunately bed sagged at side so not the most comfortable mattress I the world . having sad that we slept very well and very clean with nice quality linens .

Richard, the host, was incredibly kind and really made us feel at home. He cooked us an extremely tasty breakfast every morning and the whole house is exceptionally beautifully furnished and elegant - much like its owner.

Richard was a great host and the breakfast he serves is excellent great start to every day. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable there was also loads of drawers and wardrobe space. Location is excellent only a short walk to restaurants, bars and the pier/ promenade

The Street where Olgilvy House is situated is a very narrow street with cars parked on both sides of the road it is well worth reserving one of the two parking spaces at the front.
