I have stayed at the Cromer Country Club in the past, every time has been lovely and very enjoyable, very nice place to stay always superb.

The only thing i have an issue with is a £100 card deposit is taken from you on check-in and this is taken directly from your card this takes days to get back after your check out and i don't think this is acceptable, other places i have stayed return the deposit to you immediately on check-out or it does not leave your card unless you have debits on your account on checkout. I stayed 4 days ago and still haven't received my deposit back. Would like to see this policy changed. Not to spoil things though a fabulous place to stay!!

Clean and spacious, everything you need. Green ethos. Includes use of the pool, jacuzzi , steam room (although this was out of action when we stayed due to repairs) and sauna. From your accommodation you can walk out the door and take beautiful walks along the cliff tops with sea views and into the wooded areas. Short drive into Cromer town. Overstrand beach is just up the round it’s a little gem away from too much tourist stuff

Perfectly Ok for us as we are mobile but It’s a hilly location to walk around and with stairs it can be an issue for those with mobility issues. There are disabled parking bays and accommodation though so with the car it would be ok.

Staff were great, all very friendly. All areas were spotlessly clean. A few maintenance issues with the villa, main problem was sorted but the second not solved during our stay, not a big issue. Villa was roomy and comfortable, it was great having the sofa bedding left for us as our son ended up using the sofa bed, so he didn't have to share with his brother! The pool area was lovely, they were very officious with the rules of the pool - probably great if you have little kids, but slightly annoyed our big kids - who weren't really doing anything wrong.

Shower didn't drain properly. Really our only complaint!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom house for 2 nights over the Easter bank holiday and we had such a fantastic stay, The rooms were spotless and we were so lucky with our sea view, which was beautiful. The facilities were excellent in the house, everything was catered for, considered and a conscious effort had clearly been made to be eco friendly which was great. It was cosy and well sound proofed. We were impressed by the customer service and facilities on site too, we didn't try the gym but there were lots of events happening over the half term for kids and we all enjoyed the pool very much. The food at the Amber restaurant on sight was fantastic too, the kids loved the food there and we would highly recommend it! Service was top notch. I hadn't realised when booking the site is the same location as the working light house, which the kids loved to see. We walked down the hill past the light house and found the playing field with a Zipline and swings. ( It is apparently an easy walk to the beach from there but with two young kiddos with little tired legs we drove to the seafront both days. ) Overall, a stunning location and excellent service, we would definitely stay again!

More family changing rooms for the pool would be useful as a family with young kids. Nice refillable bottle shower gel/shampoo/conditioner would be nice to make it feel more luxurious. It would be great if somewhere offered cooked breakfast on site, or if you can do takeaway hot coffee and bacon rolls or similar in the mornings.

The location was perfect, a short walk from the sea and Cromer town centre. The studio flat was well equipped with a comfortable bed and was very clean. Tea, washing up liquid, hand soap and kitchen towel all provided. The staff at reception and the restaurant were friendly and the food was good with generous portions. Good facilities on site. A comfortable and peaceful break from our busy lives and at a reasonable price.

A two seater sofa would have been preferable to the two arm chairs provided. The shower was not particularly powerful.

Heated pool was broke so we couldn't use it as had a 3month old and that was one of the main reasons we booked it, so we could get him used to him being in water. We did go in for a few minutes in one day but due to young age it wasn't worth risking it as it was cold. Also said they had set time for kids with Inflatables and FloaTies at 10 but there was nothing there.

Staff at reception very helpful during stay (and afterwards, when we were notified we'd left a bag of luggage behind by mistake!). Good location, easy parking, indoor pool and gym, laundry facilities, bar, dwelling well equipped, clean and comfortable.

We didn't realise when booking that children under 18 need to be accompanied by adult when using swimming pool and gym (and this rule was strictly enforced by the staff). That's fine for younger kids, but our children are 16 and 13 so needing to be with them when they wanted to use these facilities was a drag and spoilt the stay to some degree for our kids

It's a lovely place. The location was perfect for us, it was about 15 - 20 minutes walk into Cromer town centre. There's a wooded walk that goes up to the Cliff path and that's a great way to walk into town as the view is beautiful. The apartment was very clean and well laid out, it had everything we needed for a weeks holiday. The staff were all really nice, friendly and helpful. The facilities are great, we couldn't fault it, we liked how we had text messages to check everything was ok and also to let us know when the apartment would be serviced. It was really nice and quiet at night too, Cromer is a lovely place as is Norfolk!

The property was in a great quiet location for a a short drive or walk via the cliffs to cromer.There was a really good restaurant on site. The accommodation is a good size.Staff were very helpful and available at any time.It was great to receive texts letting us know there was music on in the restaurant on Tuesday evening so it was worth booking a table.There is a very nice swimming pool and gym also.The grounds are good and we played garden chess.Great balcony on the two bed house.

Wasn’t anything we didn’t like.There is a dvd player in the lounge so would be nice if some film dvds were available for rainy days.I think it’s also possible to stream through the tv from your phone but for us elderly people we couldn’t work it out.But all is good really.

The apartment was was very clean and comfortable. It had a very pleasant view from the rooms and the terrace. We had a two bedroom villa which had plenty of space for two couples. The showers in both bathrooms were excellent and the kitchen more than adequate. The swimming pool was wonderful. Amber Restaurant is convenient and excellent. All the staff we met were very helpful and professional. The text system provided almost immediate answers to our questions and requests. We have stayed here many times and hope to return in the future.
