Excellent value for money, one of the best breakfasts we've had, lots of choice, all tasty. Room clean and cosy, everything provided, lovely toiletries, quality tea coffee bags in room along with thoughtful little extras. It is, I suppose, self check in, but entrance instructions were clear and easy to follow, and there was a lovely welcome pack with our key, which we hadn't expected. Located in a peaceful little village across the road from the local Pub /eatery All the staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Thank you for being so welcoming. We do visit the area often and normally stay with family, that wasn't possible this time, which is how we came to find this little gem. It's well located for whatever you're visiting the area for and a short drive into Wroxham has trains to Norwich, Cromer etc. If we ever need accommodation again, we know where to go. Definitely would recommend 👌

The room was clean and comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were lovely. There's a small sitting room for all guests with free snacks and a fridge available for any snacks you bring yourself. Parking on the premises available for guests. Great pub (The White Horse) just across the street. Had a good meal there and again staff very friendly.

Shower in room (Stable 1) was quite small and water pressure average but nice hot water. We peeked at Stable 2, which was much bigger and a larger bathroom too.

Beautiful B & B in a lovely location. Great for exploring the surrounding areas and near to the broads at Wroxham Staff were lovely and the complimentary extra touches were excellent Wonderful breakfast and Emma was lovely, great customer service 😊 my husband even got a candle in his black pudding for his birthday!! 🎂 Highly recommend, car needed

Nothing. Stable two has a slanted ceiling but this was mentioned when booking and added to the quirkiness of the accommodation. Book a different room if you are tall

Hosts very accommodating, polite and friendly. Excellent breakfast choices, and the little extras (toiletries, towels, tea making facilities in the room, plus those available in the lounge area, home made cakes, fresh milk) were a nice touch, as too the welcoming pack left at reception on our arrival.

Sadly, the very low ceiling and beams made for awkward standing, and bumping of heads. Situated on a blind bend, so extreme due care and attention needed when driving as parking for the property is at the rear off a side turning.

It was a quaint property with lots of unexpected amenities. Breakfast was amazing and everyone there was so lovely. I absolutely loved the room. We stayed in Stable room 2 and it has the low ceilings. It was fine for us. But just something to take a note of. Personally for me that just adds to the rustic charm of the B&B and we would stay in the room again. It was such a lovely B&B we are trying to figure out when we can go back. Thank you all for being so lovely and welcoming.

This was one of the best B&Bs we’ve stayed in. The room itself was a great size, with everything we could possibly need and more. So many thoughtful touches added, from eye masks to welcome snacks! It had a large, comfy bed, exceptionally clean and very comfortable, with a pub just across the road and plenty of other eating options nearby. The breakfast was exceptional - I wished I could have stayed a week just to enjoy everything on the menu. Highly recommended and would love to stay again.

We didn't meet the staff. However, this was a perfect room for the night and the village has a great pub next door where evening meal was very good. We could get a coffee and croissant at The Community Store opposite. This was great for us as we had to meet friends in Norwich, so unfortunately, we didn't have time to stay at Ye Olde Saddlery for breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Low ceilings. Bumped head a couple of times, but I'm tall!

Lovely B b B 2 night stay, staff were Wonderful, Room was big Bed super comfy and a very big bathroom (Stable 2), easy access to Broads, pub just across the road. And a Village store . Pizza Hut on site open Fri and Sat. Evenings Great value and tasty too. We would not hesitate to visit again and recommend to friends and family. The Treats left for all to enjoy was an extra special touch .!

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The check in was seamless and easy. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable with excellent features. The breakfast was incredible and we were treated with 5 star quality service. There was a large selection of food choices available and we were very well fed. The location was incredible! It was a beautiful village location with a great pub over the road where we had a lovely meal. In the morning the host had reserved a paper at the local shop for us so we could do our Saturday morning crossword with our breakfast! The whole stay was perfect!

We had a lovely 3 nights at the ye olde saddlery in Neatishead. We know the area well having spent many holidays in Norfolk.We throughly enjoyed our stay.The stable 3 room we stayed in was excellent,very clean and comfortable with lots of added extras. The breakfast choice was extensive and cooked to perfection and served by very attentive staff. All in all a lovely 3 night stay at this little gem..Many thanks to Jamie and Mary and your staff.
