A modern and beautifully appointed annexe to the man residence. Very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Kelly, the host, couldn’t be more helpful or accommodating. Free wi-fi a modern TV with the option to log into your Netflix (etc) account if you want to. We had a great continental style breakfast each morning. The location is less than a 10 minute drive to North Walsham and is ideally situated for anyone wanting to take trips to the north Norfolk coast. A fantastic place for a long weekend / short break. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was continental, Toast, Jam, Marmalade, Yoghurt, cereals and tea or coffee. The Annex was extremely clean and tidy, and well fitted out, lovely shower and bathroom, parking on the driveway. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. A lovely view and outside seating and if lucky you may see the highland cattle, a lovely friendly host as well, make you really welcome.

I had to leave as my hols was over, I felt so relaxed staying here.

Everything about the Earsdon Annexe was top drawer, from the lovely comfortable bed and linen, to the ample continental breakfast that was delivered to our door each morning. The property is tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. We were visiting relatives for the weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better base to stay at. The location is quiet and peaceful and the host Kelly is so friendly and accommodating. Thank you Kelly for a lovely break away. We will definitely be back soon.

The Annexe is the perfect base for exploring North Norfolk, it is very quiet & looks on to a field of Highland cattle which were delightful. The room was clean, modern with en suite facilities. The continental breakfast was a perfect start to the day. Had it on the patio every day in the sunshine. Kelly, our host couldn't do enough & was very knowledgeable about what to do & where to go. Worstead Railway Station was a great surprise, hourly trains to Norwich & Cromer, beat the traffic & the problems of parking! We have already booked again for next year!

Be careful with Sat Nav, the post code wants to take you to the junction of Withergate Lane (Vicarage Road) & the A149 North Walsham Road. The Annexe is part of a cluster of properties halfway down the lane. It doesn't have the Earsdon Annexe sign hanging by the road as shown on some Google Map images. Just a sign on the house wall saying "Earsdon"

Breakfast extremely good. Continental breakfast provided each morning on private patio outside room.Beautiful spacious bathroom.

Room a little small, room for baggage a problem. Location a little quiet, single track road to property. But, walkable village about 10/15 mins. away, with welcoming village pub providing good pub food.

Breakfast was superb. Such a variety of delicious items. Host was exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to look after us. Lovely pub in the village with delicious food The White Lady. Perfect location. Hugely recommend such a quiet, peaceful, beautifully decorated room.

It was so peaceful & relaxing. Lovely views, Highland cows on your doorstep. Friendly host, Kelly. Pub in walking distance, friendly locals. Continental breakfast included. Accommodation decorated well & a fantastic shower/bathroom. Comfortable bed. Parking available, easy distance from attractions.

Classy room, not large but had everything we needed. Good sized shower room. Comfy bed. Beautiful view over fields with 4 Highland cows, including a calf. Very peaceful. Only 10 minutes to the beach by car. Hosts were lovely.

Maybe more choice in the breakfast, there were only two types of cereal; some Danish pastries would have been great. But the croissants were warm and tasty 😊

Beautiful peaceful location. Excellent facilities. The owner is very efficient and friendly. Beautifully presented breakfast with those extra little touches which make all the difference. Welcome home made cookies...delicious. Instant hot water, a powerful shower, scrupulously clean. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

We stayed for a week at the Earsdon Annexe. Kelly was lovely & gave us lots of ideas for places we could visit & also places to eat. She couldn't do enough for us to make sure we were comfortable. She is a very busy lady & we kept her talking most mornings but she always made time for us.
