Excellent value for money, one of the best breakfasts we've had, lots of choice, all tasty. Room clean and cosy, everything provided, lovely toiletries, quality tea coffee bags in room along with thoughtful little extras. It is, I suppose, self check in, but entrance instructions were clear and easy to follow, and there was a lovely welcome pack with our key, which we hadn't expected. Located in a peaceful little village across the road from the local Pub /eatery All the staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Thank you for being so welcoming. We do visit the area often and normally stay with family, that wasn't possible this time, which is how we came to find this little gem. It's well located for whatever you're visiting the area for and a short drive into Wroxham has trains to Norwich, Cromer etc. If we ever need accommodation again, we know where to go. Definitely would recommend 👌

The room was clean and comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were lovely. There's a small sitting room for all guests with free snacks and a fridge available for any snacks you bring yourself. Parking on the premises available for guests. Great pub (The White Horse) just across the street. Had a good meal there and again staff very friendly.

Shower in room (Stable 1) was quite small and water pressure average but nice hot water. We peeked at Stable 2, which was much bigger and a larger bathroom too.

It was a quaint property with lots of unexpected amenities. Breakfast was amazing and everyone there was so lovely. I absolutely loved the room. We stayed in Stable room 2 and it has the low ceilings. It was fine for us. But just something to take a note of. Personally for me that just adds to the rustic charm of the B&B and we would stay in the room again. It was such a lovely B&B we are trying to figure out when we can go back. Thank you all for being so lovely and welcoming.

This was one of the best B&Bs we’ve stayed in. The room itself was a great size, with everything we could possibly need and more. So many thoughtful touches added, from eye masks to welcome snacks! It had a large, comfy bed, exceptionally clean and very comfortable, with a pub just across the road and plenty of other eating options nearby. The breakfast was exceptional - I wished I could have stayed a week just to enjoy everything on the menu. Highly recommended and would love to stay again.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The check in was seamless and easy. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable with excellent features. The breakfast was incredible and we were treated with 5 star quality service. There was a large selection of food choices available and we were very well fed. The location was incredible! It was a beautiful village location with a great pub over the road where we had a lovely meal. In the morning the host had reserved a paper at the local shop for us so we could do our Saturday morning crossword with our breakfast! The whole stay was perfect!

We had a lovely 3 nights at the ye olde saddlery in Neatishead. We know the area well having spent many holidays in Norfolk.We throughly enjoyed our stay.The stable 3 room we stayed in was excellent,very clean and comfortable with lots of added extras. The breakfast choice was extensive and cooked to perfection and served by very attentive staff. All in all a lovely 3 night stay at this little gem..Many thanks to Jamie and Mary and your staff. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Lotions in the bathroom are a lovely touch. The communal area is great with the use of a fridge and to top it off, some homemade cakes are there if you feel a little peckish. Little touches like these makes the stay more enjoyable. I liked it so much that I'm going back again next week. Highly recommended.

Great location. Lovely ambience. Warm welcome. Stable 1 is a lovely room. Super comfy bed. Slept so well :) The plus with this B&B is that it has a communal lounge area with a microwave, fridge, plates cups etc. Brilliant idea. Especially if you just don't want to go out to eat. Additionally, they leave complimentary cake! Snap this up if you are a group looking for 3 rooms . . It will feel.like you're own place with the adjacent communal room *Yoga retreat weekends on the menu too Popular gastro pub right opposite. Closes at a reasonable time so really quiet Local community shop opposite too Great choice at breakfast

• Breakfasts were delicious and choice, particularly for vegetarians/vegans, was excellent • Jamie was very welcoming and helpful • We stayed in Stable 3 and the room was cozy, clean and comfortable • Spacious bathroom with a roll-top double bath and separate shower • Private hot tub was a great bonus • Provided with fridge space in a communal area (although we hardly saw anyone else), a selection of delicious cakes and sweet treats throughout our stay and a bottle of prosecco on arrival - little touches were first class!

The breakfast was excellent all freshly cooked. The choices of both hot and cold food was very good. The breakfast staff were very helpful and attentive, nothing was too much. The lounge area was a nice area to be able to sit and relax away from from the bedrooms, a great idea and works well. The fresh milk in the fridge and the little goodies cakes, biscuits and even sweets were a very welcoming, all contributing to a home from home feel during the stay. Mary & Jamie both made sure that everything was just right prior to and during our stay. Thank you.
