From the very warm welcome on arriving early and met with afternoon tea and cake in the garden to the nothing was too much trouble attitude we experienced during our stay I could not expect more. Cooked breakfast was excellent with a varied and good choice. Both Mark and Jane were very helpful with information about places to go and where was good to eat. All in all it was a cracking three night stay and we will return from time to time as it is a great base for seeing the sights of North Norfolk.

The room was really comfortable, clean and stylish. The slipper bath was lovely, too. The cooked breakfast made to order was perfectly cooked and at the time you specified. The hosts were attentive and friendly and went out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome. I was made a packed lunch for the day too for a course I was on, which was very nice of them. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this guest house.

Lovely breakfasts and good options. I had the pancakes and fruit and my partner the cooked breakfast - very enjoyable and both nothing too much trouble from our hosts. Very comfy bed for a great night’s sleep. Nice deep bath. Great location for exploring the area and the broads. Wonderful service - professional and very friendly.

It would be nice to have veggie cooked breakfast option (veggie sausages etc). But what was offered was very lovely - I recommend the pancakes! But there are also veggie omelette options.

We were made to feel very welcome. Lots of suggestions provided about the local area, options for an evening meal and things to see. A lovely property in a pretty village. Nice decor and comfy beds. Grateful for the fresh milk for drinks and lemon cake. This was an overnight stay with my mum and she loved it. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you ☺️

Jane and Mark were exceptional hosts. Atmosphere and rooms they have created are very welcoming, clean and big enough to share. En suite bathrooms each room had was very clean and bigger than usual stantard bathrooms you would get from general b&b accommodations. Breakfast items were local sourced where possible and delicious. They went extra mile helping us with hiring a boat, driving us to Wroxham and giving us advice. Least but last gorgeous Nala (their dog) ,so friendly and lovely. Me and my friends loved spending our weekend at Regency guest house and already looking forward to our next booking with them in our next visit to Norfolk Broads.

Everything was amazing. The village was so pretty and quiet and we enjoyed a lovely walk. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The host was exceptionally welcoming and went that extra mile to provide us with tea and cake on arrival. There is a great pub two doors down where we ate and spent the evening. Breakfast was delicious one of the best we have had anywhere.

Staff was very welcoming and showed us to our room . Very clean and comfy beds , the bath was luxurious and plenty of supplies of tea and coffee . Bedding and towels smelt lovely and so clean , as well as the room . The view was a cute garden to look out at. Breakfast was excellent and lots of choice, we haven’t had a breakfast like this in a long time , and was well presented . Nothing was to much trouble for them and it felt so homely and cosy . The best guest house we have ever stayed in . We will definitely be back Thank you both so much for all of your hard work and being so welcoming .

I would have loved an English breakfast tea bag in the room as the English one in there taste a little like herble . But unfortunately you can not please everyone and there was so much effort put into our stay and there was a selection of other teas .

Located in the centre of a pretty Norfolk village with a traditional pub nearby serving good food. Well situated in the Broads for Horning and Wroxham. Nice walk to Barton Broad. Several options for boat hire nearby without having to go to Wroxham. Also close to the coast. Our hosts were very hospitable and did everything they could to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

Lovely property in quaint village Spotless room - great amenities and the breakfast was just awesome. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. It was a joy to stay here

Our bedroom had steps down to the bathroom and dressing room - great space but worth knowing about in advance if you are less mobile

This place is a beautiful gem. We will be back, the breakfast and service was excellent.. very high standards, very clean and the hosts were awesome 👍 comfortable beds, we had an amazing sleep and it's so very relaxing and quiet. Loved it 😊
