I travelled with my two children who have severe learning disabilities. The reception staff member (Kat) and her colleague were extremely helpful and made sure we were comfortable as a family. She organised parking in front of the hotel considering the requirements of my children. We were allocated a room with a nice view and less noise. We are extremely grateful to Kat, and please pass our sincere thanks to her and to her colleague Monica.

The bath tub drains extremely slowly, hence the feet get covered with dirty water when taking a shower. Couldn't open the shower screen outwards, hence I had to get into the bath tub to help my children during showering.

Well located a short walk from the city centre, with great access to nearby station, restaurants and cinema. Very clean and well appointed, room was much more spacious than we had expected. Staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and fun.

Breakfast ok for modest priced hotel, but quality of sausages wasn't brilliant. For the price I would hope that could be improved a bit. The email preceding the survey was a bit odd, felt almost threatening ('don't review us if you're going to give less than a score of 7, as that's the same as a zero to us'). Suggest you rewrite that to be a little less aggressive, but has not affected my scores, just an observation.

Everything about the hotel itself was good - staff, facilities, etc. No problem there...see the next bit about arriving when there's a football match on...

I didn't realise this hotel was next to a football stadium and it was very stressful to be advised not to return to the hotel between 4:30pm & 6pm on a match day as the traffic would be horrendous. As I was attending an event which meant I needed to come back at exactly that time before going out again, this was not good news and stressful to have to make workaround plans. You should explain that people with cars should not book this hotel on match days.

Me and my girls came for my daughters 10th birthday as she wanted to stay in a hotel. I explained how excited she was being close to norwich city ground....receptionist was absolutely brilliant and looked for a room overlooking the ground. My daughter was absolutely blown away. Tha you so much for the kindness. Bathroom.needs addressing as.lots of mould around the bath. And charging plugs by the bed would be so handy. Furniture very tired and scuffed. But the staff were absolutely brilliant. The ladies in the breakfast room were exceptional as well.

Exceptional level of kindness & caring by reception team in particular Eva Staying overnight for granddaughters uni graduation Arrived in torrential rain with frail 93 year old mum, didn’t have the Blue Badge, allowed to park in Disabled spot. Eva took time at breakfast to talk to my mum & check she was ok, whilst I was getting breakfast items.

One elevator out of service, very long delays in the morning getting to & from breakfast and car. carpets on level 4 looking quite worn

Clean, fresh modern hotel. Twin room very comfortable with very good strong AC. Reception staff were super-helpful and sorted us out a cab into the city centre. Good shower. Comfy beds. Good TV. Breakfast offering was good with a wide selection. Car park close by reasonably priced at £6.95 for the night. Nice biscuits on tea tray.

Not enough milk for a 2nd cup of tea....why do hotels never give you enough? The fridge with food and drink items downstairs in reception was locked with no instructions. £1.50 for a small can of water with no other water options seemed excessive - with no complementary water in the room. Breakfast was chaotic with one young lady taking everyone to their tables individually and them instructing them on how to eat their breakfast. Nice touch but not practical with a queue of people trailing back. Corridors and lifts were very warm...enough to make one perspire. Bar was closed before midnight when we returned.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. We treated my son (a Norwich City fan) to a pitch-side room - he loved it. The breakfast offering was excellent and there were vegetarian options which I really appreciated, as well as a little fridge with a variety of non-dairy milk available. The hotel is extremely well situated for the football at Carrow Road and only a short walking distance to shops/ restaurants/ the city centre. We would stay again without a doubt.

Generally very clean, spacious modern hotel, with great breakfast and the staff really are amazingly helpful. The front desk staff are wonderful.

The room was clean, except for the apolstry on the chair in the room which obviously wasn't, and had spills/spatters on it. Not something I'd make a fuss about for one night stay but if I had been staying longer I'd have said something because you expect everything to be clean. The tap on the bath was ceased shut so the only option was the shower. Having younger children I'd have preferred for them to be able to use the bath but again, not something I had time or internet in complaining about for one night stay.

From the minute we walked in, the staff were so helpful. We hadn't stayed in the area before, so we needed lots of help with parking, local facilities, bus routes, etc, and the receptionists went above and beyond to help us with all our queries. The room was wonderful. It had been made up to perfection and it was so nice to have a twin room that had double beds and not singles. The fact we also got to watch crew preparing the football ground for the Take That concert was also a little extra bonus for us too! We also used the bar facilities for food and drink and was very pleased with the service and quality of food too.

The only issue I had while staying was I tried using the qr code on the mirror to order room service and it wouldn't load up, saying I needed a stronger connection (I was using the free hotel WiFi), so we went down to the bar for food instead.

The hotel is comfortable clean and have the basic necessity. We only spent one night here though. Location would depend on the purpose of stay if for football then its the best location but for the city centre its a good 15-20minutes walk.

As a 4 star hotel , breakfast is basic and need more staff - though they are all working very hard- especially we stayed on easter sunday. The rooms needs body lotion and hair conditioner as you would expect in a 4 4 star hotel.
