For the standard room, it was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Parking was a real issue the nearest car park was Rose Lane multi story car park or the one opposite the railway station. When I approached the hotel I asked a couple guys at the entrance where I can park my car over night and one of them said “do you want a safe car park or…?” I thought that was a strange thing to say to guests. Parking cost about £21 to stay over night but was about 10/15min walk to Wellington Apartments. The shower took forever to get hot and there were a lot of cobwebs above the bed with spiders on it.

The Apartment was larger than expected the beds and furniture very comfortable. Kitchen area very good size as was the sitting room. Very good location being close to local shops and the sea front promenade just 2 minutes from the front door. Very good value.
Apartment very clean but perhaps decorated a little to sparsely with overall grey colour scheme and no pictures hanging on any walls. Sitting room carpet very tired looking could be so much more presentable with addition of a few scattered colourful rugs. Also TV far to small for its alcove position and room proportions.

The location was very good. I chose these apartments because of the closeness to the station as we were travelling by train and my husband has difficulty walking. There were pubs close by which served food although there were plenty of options in the city centre around 10 minutes walk. The cathedral was very close to the apartments too. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and very good value. There was a small Tesco supermarket nearby to buy fresh rolls etc for breakfast. The apartment provided enough pans to cook if you chose that dining option.
I wanted a shower around 8.30am but the water was cold as this was a busy time and there wasn't enough hot water for the number of people wanting it at that time. The water was very hot around 10am though, so you may need to time your shower right.

This was an unusually spacious apartment with a separate, well-equipped kitchen. (We were attending a show the first night, so it was good to be able to have supper in the apartment afterwards.) The building's location - between the station and the centre of town - is very convenient: the cathedral is nearby and was visible from our window (just!). The building's reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
We visited during a cold snap and the apartment was a bit cold at times, even with the heater on. However, the bed was warm and we could have asked for an extra heater, I think. The mattress was also a bit soft for my taste but this is a subjective thing.

Ideal location 5 - 10 minute walk from the Train Station and 5 - 10 minutes from the Apartment to the City Centre. The apartment had everything we needed, nice to have your own Lounge with TV and Sofa, the Kitchen was well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge and Dishwasher. Washing up Liquid, Sponge, Dishwasher tablet and tea towels supplied.
We stayed for 3 nights and the Apartment wasn't serviced ie bins emptied, replacement of tea/coffee. The mattress wasn't that comfortable, you could feel the springs and when you sat onitsha you could feel the top of the bed frame. This was the only thing that let the Wellington Apartment down which was the only downside. Having said that it wouldn't stop me staying there again.

The location was excellent for me on my visit and in easy walking distance from the train station and less than 5 minutes to the city centre and riverside area. On arrival I was met at reception in a very polite and professional manner with everything explained to me. The apartment was clean and very well presented and equipped with complimentary beverages and toiletries. I requested a quiet room which I was given overlooking the private courtyard garden. A very enjoyable stay and will definitely be back.
There was nothing to dislike. A great stay.

Location was execellent, 24h reception and code to enter building made it very convenient. Apartment was bigger than expected and had everything we needed, found it quite comfy for a couple of days. It was cold when we got there but the electric radiators worked really well and it heated up in no time. Staff at reception were very friendly and we were told to ask for anything we needed at any time.
We knew there were no parking facilities when making the booking so not complaining about it, but we found prices in Norwich for play and display and private car parks quite expensive! Other than that, only 2 minor things... TV had sound but no images, maybe a faulty cable; and hot water in shower was warm but no super hot. Not very significant really. Overall I thought it was great value for money, I would go back.

It had everything anyone would ever need, shampoo conditioner, body wash etc. Washing machine, kitchen utensils pots and pans, iron and ironing board, hairdryer etc. You could live here with the amount of amenities they provide. Close to local businesses like takeaways, corner shops (tesco express), and bars for us. Good that we could leave our luggage there after we checked out for free. Loved the back entrance that took you straight out onto prince of wales road.
Even with the windows closed, location was very loud as it backs on to the strip of clubs. Also loud with families and large groups staying in the apartment. No one cleaned or serviced the apartment, would be good to have more tea and coffee and milk topped up daily, possibly oil to cook with, and more than one tea towel. More wardrobe space needed or even more than 6 coat hangers, more like 10/15, i’m petite at 5’3 and couldn’t reach the top shelf of the wardrobe.

The staff were so lovely, the apartment was clean and tidy, had some cooking utensils which was great. We were also grateful for the table and chairs that were in the room so we could eat at the table. It also had a great sofa as part of the apartment and a good flat screen TV. We could come and go as we liked, and felt safe because the external doors are all key coded to enter. The apartments are tucked behind a busy street but you hear none of the noise and it's within walking distance from city centre.
I have nothing to complain about. We have stayed here before and weren't disappointed last time either.

Spacious accommodation and central location. Also dog-friendly. Good base for exploring Norwich. Despite some negative reviews about noise from local clubs, we didn't experience any problems. Fan was helpful in keeping room cool without opening windows. Appreciated being able to leave our luggage with reception before 3pm and delighted that it was transferred to our 2nd floor room without a request. Handy having a Tesco Express nearby.
Swivel windows looked a bit dangerous as they didn't seem to have a limiting device. Would need care with children or pets. TV remote was a bit clunky - new batteries required? These are minor things, we enjoyed our stay. The general location (Prince of Wales Rd) is sadly rather run down, but this is not the fault of the owners who keep their premises tidy.
