Lovely smile and greetings from the reception person. Snacks and fruit juice as well as the obligatory tea coffee milk. Warm room, the information literature describing the hotels plans and aspirations sounded very grand and uplifting, clearly a lot of pride in the place, fantastic power shower... Until someone turns a tap on elsewhere.

Parking wasn't great, lots of broken up funiture right outside ( at time of visit) not brilliant soundproofing, I got woken at about 6am by someone speaking on the phone, slightly claustrophobic in the hallways but the room was fine.

Traditional hotel with maze of stairs/hallways/rooms clearly marked out and clean and tidy. Reception was polite, fast and welcomed us at the door and gave me instructions on the card key and location of the room. The room was like a travelodge/premier Inn but in an old style building/hotel. Only stayed the one night my son nodded of soon as put head on the pillow.. 200 meter walk from station and then your in the city.. location perfect. Tv was Internet ready so son put on YouTube he was 100% happy best place we've stayed I think in a long while.

A lovely welcome from reception with a very quick and easy check in. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a huge en suite that, although showing signs of age, was equally clean. Checkout was equally easy, with all staff super lovely and happy to help.

There were a few signs of wear and tear, some rudimentary repairs to the table with tea and coffee making facilities, but still fully functioning. There were signs up stating modifications were taking place, which is fine. No issues with the hotel, but we were woken around 5am with some enthusiastic youngsters returning from the city, but it was a one off and certainly not controllable by the hotel. Not sure if there was a way to have obtained a parking permit for the road the hotel is on, if there is we weren't made aware of it, but did park in a car park at the end of the road which cost £7 for 24 hours, which was quite reasonable

We have stayed in lots of hotels over the years, mostly 4*. We booked here based on the lovely reviews and we wasn’t disappointed. The staff were welcoming, the room was super clean. The bed was very comfortable, I have spine issues and always struggle but the bed didn’t leave me in any pain! They went above in our opinion but not only providing tea/coffee but two soft drinks and two snack bars. Overall great value for money, great location and for a 3* I would say it was at the top of the 3* range. Would definitely stay here again.

Only thing that I can think of and it’s really not a major thing as we don’t watch it but if wanted to the tv wasn’t really viewable from our bed. But again, not really a ‘dislike’.

We were met with a really happy and welcoming guy who told us about the restaurant and bar they had on site which we didn't use. Didn't really expect a lot as it was so cheap but it was excellent value for money Slept really well and it was surprisingly quiet being so near to the centre of Norwich. In an ideal location for the train station about a 5 minute walk. If we had to do another really early train journey and needed somewhere to stay for the night this would be the place I'd pick.

This was a very last-minute booking, As I had arrived at norwich station at midnight from Stansted Airport after a trip abroad and unfortunately my lift home was going to be very late due to road closures. So I booked this hotel via my phone, I arrived at the hotel well after midnight and was greeted with a smile and nothing would be too much attitude, the room with ensuite was spotlessly clean, well decorated and very comfortable, there was also complementary tea, coffee and fruit juices along with chocolate biscuits, the bed was extremely comfortable which was very much needed after my flight. I left fully refreshed early in the morning, taking the very short walk to the station to catch my train home. I was only sorry due to the time I left. I was unable to thank my hosts for accommodating me without notice. Would highly recommend.

My entire experience.

The Revado is handy for Norwich Station, has very pleasant staff and offers good comfort and value. I especially liked the wallpaper on the wall behind the bed in my room that has waxwings on it! I've never seen such a thing with these lovely birds and it's the sort of small detail that appeals to me. The Revado has a restaurant attached to it. I didn't use it, but it is clearly a very popular spot which suggests lots of folks appreciate eating there.

At the price I paid, I have no complaints and would happily stay at the Revado again.

I recently stayed at Revado Hotel for a night and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the outset, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure our late arrival was smoothly handled with their convenient 24-hour self-service check-in. Once inside, the hotel boasts a modern and well-maintained interior, reflective of the excellent value it provides. My room showed some signs of wear and tear, but nothing major and was clean overall. The en-suite bathroom in particular was great. The location couldn't be more ideal – just a short walk from Norwich train station, the Castle pub, and the Loft Club, ensuring easy access to local attractions and nightlife. My room, while showing slight signs of wear and tear, was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a thoughtful selection of refreshments, further enhancing my stay. What stood out the most was the genuine friendliness of the hotel staff and the overall cleanliness of the premises. Having 24-hour access with the keycard also added a layer of convenience to our stay. For the price, the value is unbeatable. I would happily stay here again for my next trip to Norwich!

Our room could do with some minor fixes/improvements, however this did not distract from the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Staff: Have to start off with how friendly and welcoming the Staff was, there was a problem guest as we arrived and the member of staff handled the situation perfectly, They also allowed us an early check-in and we're very kind to look after our bags for us while we went exploring the city. Location: Only a 5 minute walk from the train station, 10 minute walk from the football ground and a 20 minute walk to the town center very quite area and we went on a football day so that was nice and surprising. Room: We had a double room with a private bathroom, there was a TV with freeveiw and also had a fan and hair dryer, the room was clean and everything looked nice and tidy, the furniture could do with some updating as there was a few things broken but I'm sure that's on there todo list, THE SHOWER! absolute heaven! Lovely power shower felt so nice and refreshed afterwards. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I'm sure we would stay there again

The bed.... Now we did find it quite hard and I don't have a very good back so I didn't get to sleep overly well, foam mattress which is great but it's like once you lay on it you just feel the bed frame so was hard to get comfortable.. The Restaurant: Our mistake but it is VEGETARIAN & VEGAN ONLY.. we were out all day so thought let's stay in the hotel and pop into the restaurant for a nice meal.. now it was nice and full of flavor BUT very very spicy the plant based chicken korma had my nose running and korma is supposed to be one of the mildest currys possible.. unfortunately we wasn't able to eat much of our food and for pint x2, onion bajis, garlic bread x2 , rice x2, curry x2 it did come up to £73.. Overall tho it was a pleasant stay and I'm sure we would stay there again

This property is exceptionally good value for money and is a hidden gem!.. Our room was a large double with a huge window giving the room a very spacious feel!.. We had a writing table and chair, a dresser, wardrobe and still had ample room for our two rather large travel bags!.. it was super clean and provided all the necessary facilities one would expect. The bathroom was compact, very clean and efficient. Lovely large bath towels, towel rails and shelves for your toiletries!.. The hotel is situated in a residential area and is a 15 min walk from the centre of town. There is a rather lovely café on the corner that does a cooked breakfast or sandwiches( toasted panini etc).

Sadly, no free parking!.. astounding!.. it’s a quiet residential area not particularly busy!..free parking opposite the hotel and on certain streets for 2 hours so you have to hunt around for those!.. parking free after 6pm. CCTV everywhere so you have to move your car!.. there is an open air council parking area nearby costs £7 but not sure about security so we didn’t park there!.. The hotel provides a parking permit at a cost of £10 for 24hrs if available!.. This did not dampen our stay!..
