Rooms were clean and comfortable as was the bed, staff very polite and honoured our request for a quiet room we’ve stayed in before. Nice hot shower with good pressure and we had a shower over the bath so we had the option of a bath if we wanted to. Rooms were supplied with coffee and tea and biscuits and replaced with supplies every day and the adjoining restaurant was a pleasant meal and well priced.

Walls were quite thin and could do with some soundproofing - guest in adjacent room was having a shower at 4am a couple of the nights we were there and it was loud but that’s unavoidable. The furniture and room was basic and a little worn but it’s a basic hotel so doesn’t bother me.

We had a great time staying here, staff were great and very friendly and all the hotel facilities were brilliant we would be very happy to stay here again and one other thing was the hotel was very close to the train station and most bus routes so highly recommend it to all.

The only things we had trouble with was the shower it was very slippery and there was no handle to hold onto .There was one other thing was people smoking marijuana outside the hotel and for it being a hot weekend we could not close our windows.

Lovely smile and greetings from the reception person. Snacks and fruit juice as well as the obligatory tea coffee milk. Warm room, the information literature describing the hotels plans and aspirations sounded very grand and uplifting, clearly a lot of pride in the place, fantastic power shower... Until someone turns a tap on elsewhere.

Parking wasn't great, lots of broken up funiture right outside ( at time of visit) not brilliant soundproofing, I got woken at about 6am by someone speaking on the phone, slightly claustrophobic in the hallways but the room was fine.

Traditional hotel with maze of stairs/hallways/rooms clearly marked out and clean and tidy. Reception was polite, fast and welcomed us at the door and gave me instructions on the card key and location of the room. The room was like a travelodge/premier Inn but in an old style building/hotel. Only stayed the one night my son nodded of soon as put head on the pillow.. 200 meter walk from station and then your in the city.. location perfect. Tv was Internet ready so son put on YouTube he was 100% happy best place we've stayed I think in a long while.

A lovely welcome from reception with a very quick and easy check in. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a huge en suite that, although showing signs of age, was equally clean. Checkout was equally easy, with all staff super lovely and happy to help.

There were a few signs of wear and tear, some rudimentary repairs to the table with tea and coffee making facilities, but still fully functioning. There were signs up stating modifications were taking place, which is fine. No issues with the hotel, but we were woken around 5am with some enthusiastic youngsters returning from the city, but it was a one off and certainly not controllable by the hotel. Not sure if there was a way to have obtained a parking permit for the road the hotel is on, if there is we weren't made aware of it, but did park in a car park at the end of the road which cost £7 for 24 hours, which was quite reasonable

We have stayed in lots of hotels over the years, mostly 4*. We booked here based on the lovely reviews and we wasn’t disappointed. The staff were welcoming, the room was super clean. The bed was very comfortable, I have spine issues and always struggle but the bed didn’t leave me in any pain! They went above in our opinion but not only providing tea/coffee but two soft drinks and two snack bars. Overall great value for money, great location and for a 3* I would say it was at the top of the 3* range. Would definitely stay here again.

Only thing that I can think of and it’s really not a major thing as we don’t watch it but if wanted to the tv wasn’t really viewable from our bed. But again, not really a ‘dislike’.

We were met with a really happy and welcoming guy who told us about the restaurant and bar they had on site which we didn't use. Didn't really expect a lot as it was so cheap but it was excellent value for money Slept really well and it was surprisingly quiet being so near to the centre of Norwich. In an ideal location for the train station about a 5 minute walk. If we had to do another really early train journey and needed somewhere to stay for the night this would be the place I'd pick.

This was a very last-minute booking, As I had arrived at norwich station at midnight from Stansted Airport after a trip abroad and unfortunately my lift home was going to be very late due to road closures. So I booked this hotel via my phone, I arrived at the hotel well after midnight and was greeted with a smile and nothing would be too much attitude, the room with ensuite was spotlessly clean, well decorated and very comfortable, there was also complementary tea, coffee and fruit juices along with chocolate biscuits, the bed was extremely comfortable which was very much needed after my flight. I left fully refreshed early in the morning, taking the very short walk to the station to catch my train home. I was only sorry due to the time I left. I was unable to thank my hosts for accommodating me without notice. Would highly recommend.

My entire experience.

Great location in the City Center with a nice view of the river. I stayed in for four nights. Hotel is very affordable and clean. Hot water running throughout. Kitchen with everything in it available also to guest to use if you want. Staff are so lovely and I was so happy they had a safe place to keep my luggage after I checked out and came back for them later in the day. Will definitely go there again.

The Revado is handy for Norwich Station, has very pleasant staff and offers good comfort and value. I especially liked the wallpaper on the wall behind the bed in my room that has waxwings on it! I've never seen such a thing with these lovely birds and it's the sort of small detail that appeals to me. The Revado has a restaurant attached to it. I didn't use it, but it is clearly a very popular spot which suggests lots of folks appreciate eating there.

At the price I paid, I have no complaints and would happily stay at the Revado again.
