I loved the close proximity to the train station and pretty short walking distance from city center. I felt very safe with the digital door locks as well as the cctv in the hallway. The check in process was easy and there was plenty of towels and appliances in the room for both clothes and food preparation. The refrigerator was a good size. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I didn't use the full size shared kitchen or the washing machine on the ground floor but I thought it of great value. There was no outside noise at all in the 10 days I stayed there and the other residents could not be heard from my room either.

The bed was squeaking with the smallest of movements but I hardly noticed after the first night. The refrigerator was also a bit noisy at intervals but it wasn't majorly distracting. Half the buttons on the tv remote didn't work/do anything but it wasn't a dealbreaker as I had my phone. Would have been nice if it had been possible to screen mirror/link phone to the tv screen. The wall with the kettle, toaster and microwave could do with a thorough wash down.

Decent location, easy code locks so no keys to use/lose. Unfortunately tv remote was old and batteries were dead so pretty useless even though I reported it! Had to message a few times to get confirmation that I had a reserved parking space but once that was arranged everything else went smoothly and I could come and go at my leisure which was fabulous. Bathroom could do with a deep clean and toilet roll holder was rusty and hanging off the wall but all in all it wouldn’t stop me using this accommodation again. Just make sure you keep in touch with the agent regularly to avoid mishaps. If you’re not bothered about a kettle and toaster in your room book into the Premier Inn across the road which is cheaper

Good location, short walk to centre and right by the waterway, well equipped studio type apartment. TV had Netflix! Tea and coffee plus a microwave. Was good value for my needs.

Minor gripes really. Bed mattress was tired/cheap. Heated towel rail in bathroom couldn't be turned off?? (stayed during the recent heatwave)

Great location near the station and riverside walks with a decent restaurant next door. Clean and had everything we needed.

It felt more like a studio flat than an apartment. Everything in one normal size room (except en-suite). Understand need, but frosted glass blocking window view was a shame. 10am check out quite early and not sure why we as guests had to strip beds and take rubbish out of cleaners were arriving promptly.

Good size room, comfy beds, great shower, a few mins walk from train station. Great to have self catering facilities. Host was happy for me to leave my bags there after I checked out and collect later in the day, which was really helpful for me. And lovely surprise of chocolate when I opened the fridge!

A bit noisy at night as next to a road and not too far from nightlife but then I am used to living in a village and am a light sleeper so not a complaint. I would still stay here again.

Very clean, small but perfect for a couple of nights for a solo traveller. Very close to train station which was perfect for me. Felicity was very kinds and responsive to messages. Great stay. Great facilities fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle tea and coffee. Also iron (and ironing board) hairdryer and very important a fan! I arrived in 29degree heat so it was a life saver.

Being an apartment there was no breakfast. I liked all of the facilities. The condition of the rooms was good & nothing let it down.

I expected someone to be there on arrival but there wasn`t because the system for door entry is two codes which they e mail you before arrival. I wasn`t aware of this & hadn`t read the e mail so had to contact the owner by phone whilst standing outside. Luckilly I managed to do this without a problem.

Lovely little room with everything I needed. Great shower, comfy bed, kettle & coffee sachets etc. Great communication with key pad numbers to get in main door and apartment. Really great location and excellent value for money. Will stay again.

Boiling when first got there as radiator on but windows open. Turned it off as not needed. Saying that, better that than cold.

Location is excellent! Even though it's very close to the main road and the clubs, it was nice and quiet. Bed was very comfy, shower hot and powerful. The kitchenette was perfect for little snacks, and being able to use the full kitchen saved us money on Just Eat! Also nice and secure with door codes to each room

The bed covers could have been cleaner, but otherwise no complaints.

The apartment and location were fine.

There was no parking available. When we booked through booking.com, they said that there was parking available. On arrival i found that there aren't enough spaces so it is first come first served, if i had known this i would have booked to stay elsewhere.
