The facility as a whole and how the staff is dedicated in their work and hosting.

Check in is 15:00 our rooms were not ready on arrival at 15:00, maybe this is a once off thing which they can fix🤷🏾‍♀️

Nice and clean. Everything we needed was there. Close to all the surrounding shops and beaches.

Rooms are too close together. First night our neighbours were very noisy & kept us awake. Next morning they showered with door open & lots of screaming. Lady who works at reception on Sunday and Monday was very unhelpful. Told her we were leaving early on Monday morning & would need early breakfast & she didn’t understand me. And wasn’t interested in us getting breakfast.

The staff was very friendly & helpful, the cleanness of the rooms and the entire property was beautiful to see. The property provides a perfect tranquility especially the areas by the pools plus love how both pools are cleaned everyday. Accomodations is perfect for couples, family and leisure plus in the morning there's always a wonderful breakfast made with lots of love. There's no load shedding in this property there are back up generator's and it's so safe & secure so don't miss out on your next dream holiday.

The place was awesome, comfortable, beautiful, and had everything we needed.

I think the only let down was just the breakfast. I had high expectations and was looking forward to a more homely feeling, maybe like homemade bread, hot porridge, muffins or scones and the sausage was really small. Maybe some wors would've done the trick and would to go with the African Theme. But overall, happiness, I would definitely recommend it.

I have always found a peaceful, gratifying and relaxing atmosphere and surroundings with very friendly, welcoming staff. Africa Beach is always welcoming and one always looks forward to the next stay. I have even recommended the establishment to a close couple to us who have since booked into Africa Beach. Africa Beach will always be Home Away From Home for me and my wife. Not forgetting the delicious braekfast.

Breakfast is really good & they give you options to choose from. Staff is really friendly & accommodating & they are willing to listen & give preferences when you are not happy. The room was really nice & spacious with very comforting space & quietness. The place is close to the beach and Boardwalk shopping center & they are all a walking distance.

Located in a quiet area of PE close to the beach (+ dunes) and mall. Very spacious room that turned out to be a full bungalow with everything we needed. Good quality breakfast with different options freshly prepared.

I like a 'steady' bed but this was a bit too hard. The pool area was quite different from the pictures and not really inviting to actually use it.

Everything about the place was just perfect, so the breakfast, the rooms they even gave us takeaway breakfast as our flight was very early

I would be lying if I found any fault with the accommodation

Breakfast was incredible. The staff go above and beyond. The rooms were cleaned spotless every morning.

The towels, although super soft, were all tearing and loosening at the edges.

The rooms are comfortable and Cosy. Spacious rooms and staff willing to assist to any query. Location very convenient close to some amenities. Very, very neat.

Today was a bit disorganized as we had to wait a while to be attended to for breakfast, at the same time worried about check out time.
