Breakfast was very good and served at the times I needed it. Staff were prompt in restocking the buffet and removing used crockery.

The supply of tea and coffee in the room could be better. There was no ordinary tea, only mint tea. No decaf coffee, only full strength. Some of the powdered drinks were from Turkey and had no description in any other language.

It was possible to check in while the reception was closed, the staff did an excellent job providing and even calling to assist in the arrival. The room had all the basic and necessary amenities.

The reception had limited opening hours, therefore they were unable to store the luggage on departure day. Their messages contained a long link at the bottom, which was part of their signature.

Location was perfect!! Near to the train station (also if you plan to go to Zürich it is really easy to get to the train, also very easy to get the train from/to Zürich Airport). Old city and Wintermarkt are close to the hotel (6-7 min by walk). The lady from the reception was really nice and friendly. Check in was easy. Breakfast was ordinary but really delicious, we had all we usually eat for breakfast. The room was clean, cleaning ladies were coming each day to clean and change what was needed and the whole hotel to us looked clean and pretty. Everyone and everything was really nice, we stayed for 3 nights and if we come back to Winterthur we will for sure choose this hotel to stay again.

Great room, checkin was quick and friendly, but by check out and wanting to pay with my card I was told that it was already paid with a card I didn't want to use, the lady whom was training someone new and seemed impatient to resume with her apprentice, wasn't flexible at all and was very short with me. I'm fair in leaving this feedback, hotel and room were great, but wont chose this place again for fear to have to deal with that kind of "hospitality" -giver.

The buffet breakfast was good. The staff was young and attentive, and the room was always perfectly clean. It comes with parking. It is conveniently located between the Altstadt and the Hauptbahnhof.

The hallway could have been cleaned better, and some of the shampoos could have been refilled, but the room cleaning was good.

Room was very simple - as expected in Switzerland. It worked, was clean, etc. I dont recollect any AC; did have window to open (unscreened - as is typical) - and some noise outside. Had shade to close and keep room very dark - much appreciated. Counter for doing my work was adequate for purpose. Appreciated getting this place for the price and would come back again for sure.

It was great that I got a breakfast included as this price in Winterthur. I would have liked to see some fresh fruit at breakfast. There really was no cut fruit and limited fruit overall.

The location is in a perfect spot, I would recommend it to everyone. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, everything is delicious, and the staff is kind and nice, high praise for the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Peace, cleanliness, no noise, staff always at your service, so I like everything, I wouldn't add anything negative.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, there was a good range of bread, cheese, fruit, cereal and other breakfast items. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very new. The hotel is in a perfect spot in Winterthur, close to the train and close to the old city. At first we weren't sure if we would get to the hotel before the reception closed because of our flight, so the staff just emailed an easy access lockbox code so we could get in. We eventually made it on time anyway!

I would have loved a little fridge in the room.

Small details in the room: No plug socket near the bed. The bathroom floor is wet after taking a shower - no chance to avoid this. The breakfast I would call pragmatic - the scrumbled eggs are just warmed up and not fried, bacon is missing. One day no buns were available, but good bread. (Coffee and juice are good, also the berries for the musli suprised me positively.)
