room and bathroom is spacious - modern-relaxing interior design the new lobby/bar design looks great and is much better and friendlier than before. you could actually just sit there and read a book kind of vibe. easy and close (walking internally) to arrival and departure perfect for a night

that you can't get the cart up the escalator and there seems to be no lift (that's if you travel with a lot of luggage)

Location is great if you are flying early in the morning. The rooms are well insulated from the noise, and well sized. It's lovely that they have a ready quick coffee/tea bar for those leaving before dawn.

They have the most uncomfortable pillows I ever had in a hotel. It was like sleeping on a limp bag of sand.

This will be a standard to follow when flying. Initially booked a hotel in Zurich city. But didn't want issues for our morning flight, so booked here. We eventually found out that there was no need to go outside of the airport to access the hotel. We found the right path. Check in was good. We are a family of 4 and booked 2 rooms. King and a twin. There was a bit of an issue with our children not getting a twin room, but that was quickly fixed. Some great lollies at the check in counter and another counter with water, sparkling water and some biscuits and fruit. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Very easy to get around and was easy to go to the airport the night before take off to confirm where would be checking in for our flight. Staff were polite and friendly. We had a great dinner at the restaurant. Great food and great staff. Will stay again.

I stayed in this room for a one-night layover, and overall, it was a convenient option. The room was very clean and located inside the airport terminal, making it perfect for a quick rest before a morning flight or for a short overnight stop. The downside is that the price is quite high for what you get, as it’s essentially just a place to rest. Even the menu is expensive – €37 for a sandwich, which feels steep for a simple meal. However, considering the convenience of the location for a layover, it’s manageable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was well soundproofed. Despite being so close to the airport, I didn’t hear any noise, which made for a peaceful night. All in all, it's a good option for an overnight stop, but definitely on the pricier side for what you’re getting.

The expensive menu

This is a fantastic hotel at the airport with the wow factor. We booked last minute after changing where we were going to stay before our flight early the next morning. The hotel is within the airport complex and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the check in desk given the renovations at check in 1 for Swiss Air. The rooms were modern with sufficient room for two people. The bed was super comfortable with soft sheets and large. The restaurant below was good and our meals were delicious. They were a bit pricey though.

Better signage at the airport would have saved us time having to find the hotel. We knew it was right there, but ended up walking around longer than we needed to.

Great for a short layover, convenient short walk from airport. Hotel is lovely inside, great space with a lounge and access to an amazing sauna/gym. There’s a free gym onsite and below the lobby there’s a paid wellness center. Great location near shopping and food. We had a great layover that was relaxing and refreshed us for our journey ahead. We did have an issue with the toilet not completely flushing, room was a bit small. Breakfast had a good variety and excellent buffet/restaurant ambience. Well worth the price.

Small room, plumbing issue.

Amazing and beautiful hotel! My wife and I had a 15 hour layover at the Zurich Airport to catch the next flight home to the USA. We literally walked out of the airport and there was the hotel about 100 feet away. We booked a room within minutes and turned that layover into a wonderful night's rest. We commented several times how we did not hear even one plane the whole night even though we were right beside this very large and busy airport.... It was a completely quiet night! If you're in Zurich and need a place, I highly recommend the Radisson Blu!

Excellent high-end on-airport hotel with professional and friendly staff. Rooms are large, sound-proofed, very clean and well appointed. The price of the room and the prices of the bar food reflect all of the above.

Even during my short stay, I overheard several other guests were rude to and disrepectful of the staff (bar, wait staff and reception). All the staff involved reacted and responded professionally and seemed to be used to and skilled in dealing with bad guests. You may meet some when you stay.

Excellent location inside the Zurich airport. The room was recently renovated, with a comfortable bed and a good layout. The hotel is easy to get to from within the airport and is excellent to stay for a night or two. You can get to Zurich by train (which only takes about 15 minutes). It's one of our preferred hotels to stay in when we fly into Zurich and travel elsewhere the next day.

We arrived at 10.30 PM and left the next morning. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was exceptionally clean. The coffee machine with high-quality coffee was a nice touch. Although it was a bit pricey, it was the perfect choice for an overnight stay.

Some reviews mentioned free croissants in the morning, but unfortunately, there were none available, which was a shame since we didn’t have time for breakfast and just wanted to grab something to go.
