The receptionist at check-in was quite unfriendly, which made for a poor first impression. I’m not sure how the front office staff is being trained, but providing a welcoming and respectful guest experience should be a priority. When asked if I parked in the garage, the staff member immediately demanded to know my parking spot number—without any context or explanation. Does anyone actually note their parking number upon arrival? Probably not. A more helpful and polite approach would have been appreciated. Overall, staff training in basic hospitality and guest interaction needs serious improvement

We stayed in a room with terrace and it was a fantastic experience. The room was beautiful, spacious and had a kitchenette to make our own quick meals. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was new and decent size as well. The property is lovely, with meeting areas, and spacious lobby with tea/coffee facilities and a fantastic (but expensive) restaurant on site. The staff is polite and very welcoming. The tram stop is 5 minutes walk which takes u direct to zurich HB in 20 minutes. We stayed their for 5 nights and will highly recommend

Nothing much around the hotel as it was a quiet area, however the transport network to anywhere from the hotel is fantastic. Being away wasn't really a problem for us as we knew it in advance. It takes abt 4.5 euros one way per person to go to the city if you dont have a swiss travel pass or other discount cards.

Friendly and very helpful staff, very clean rooms with comfortable beds. The suite is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare your own meals if needed. Breakfast was plentiful and sufficient. The parking garage is just behind the hotel entrance with large parking spaces and lift into the hotel. The #10 tram to the city was just across the street and it was so easy. 30 minutes each way. We had dinner at Luiga in the hotel…good reasonably priced food and great service. It is a less than 10 minutes drive to the airport…very straight forward and next to no traffic. I would definitely stay here again!

Price was steep and the breakfast was nothing special for 30chf….but of course it is Switzerland and high prices are to be expected.

Great location of the hotel. 10 minutes by tram from the airport, and half an hour by tram to the center. The staff is very friendly and nice. The rooms are very clean. The beds are comfortable. It's very cozy. Downstairs by the reception, there is a large lobby, there are plenty of sofas, tables and chairs, so you can relax. Of course, if you arrive earlier or leave later, you can leave your luggage for free. Very pleasant stay at the hotel. Big recommendation. If you need anything, there are 3 supermarkets near the hotel, they are well equipped, which is great.

The room was clean, big, with great room facilities. There wasn't a wardrobe but the cabinets are HUGE! Very convenient for those with lots of luggages! The bed is big and comfy too, however I did request for two separate beds instead of one large, it was two beds put together so there's no point, but it was only one-night so I didn't mind. The gym was small but it was nice and clean. Unfortunately we didn't have a chance to experience the restruants and public spaces, but it looks very nice and cosy. The location of the hotel is convenient too for public transport and it's near two small discount supermarkets, very avoidable comparing to general cost of Zurich.

Some of the lights didn't work as the switches were non-responding.

I had a pleasant one-night stay at Radisson Hotel & Suites Zurich. We arrived by car, and while parking can be a bit of a challenge—especially if you haven't reserved with the hotel—we were lucky to find a nearby blue zone parking slot, which worked well for our short stay. Check-in was easy and smooth, and the staff were hospitable and welcoming, which made a great first impression. For dinner, there were plenty of restaurant options nearby—plus Luigia, an Italian restaurant, is conveniently located just downstairs and attached to the hotel, which was a great bonus.

The room was a bit small, especially if you’re bringing several bags. Also, getting to the room felt like navigating a bit of a maze—it took a while to find our way around the hallways, which weren’t very intuitive.

It’s our first visit to Switzerland and we had enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room facilities are amazing and the room is spacious too. They have private car park (chargeable). The airport is 12 minutes away by car or you can ride the tram which the station is only 3 minutes walk from the hotel. And it’s around 17 minutes to get to the Zurich city. We highly recommend this hotel especially if it’s your first time visiting Switzerland. It’s convenient and the location is easy access to the public transport.

i was very surprised as the staff of the hotel were friendly and even offer to check in for us even though there was a self service check in desk at the hotel. Keep up the great service! One more that i really like about this hotel is the location, very near to Zurich airport, those who want to stay near airport, i recommend this hotel.

The detergent at the laundry room has ran out, therefore i asked the housekeeping lady. she told me to go to the receptionist to request one, which i did, then the lady at the receptionist told me that someone will send it to the laundry room immediately. I waited for 20 mins and there was no detergent that i had to take some detergent from other level. but overall experience is good.

Beautiful Scandinavian decor and overall design, with a comfortable, quiet superior studio suite that includes a well-equipped kitchen featuring a kettle, dishwasher, and microwave. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. Thanks to good soundproofing, I didn’t hear any noise from other guests. Breakfast was delicious and relaxing. I went a bit late by hotel standards (after 9 a.m.), and to my surprise, it was not busy at all, with everything promptly refilled. There was a tasty selection of bread, a wide variety of vegetables and fruits, boiled eggs, cheese, and pastries. The Migros supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away. I didn’t mind the 6 km (20-minute) distance from the city center, as I needed a direct train connection to other parts of Switzerland from Glattbrugg station. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and greatly appreciated the peace and quiet provided.

The self check-in is a convenient feature, though it took over 10 minutes to complete. I wasn’t sure why my passport details were required. It’s a plus that you can open a window; however, if people are sitting in the courtyard, you can hear conversations quite clearly, even on the 6th floor where I was staying
