It’s amazing, clean, staff are friendly and really helpful

The security check was really annoying. Every time we go out and come back we have to out our stuff in the security machine. It’s a good thing for security but not every single time. They know that we are guests here, so why we have to go through this every time.

I would love to have the hotel within a mall. It would be amazing for shopping and for the kids

The Asian restaurant located on the 21st floor provided an exceptional dining experience. The pool area offered a tranquil and rejuvenating ambiance, while the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality. This was my second visit, and I continue to be impressed by the high standards.

I received my vehicle in a heated state due to its prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

The prices at the property differ from the prices mentioned on the Booking booking site. For example, the price of breakfast is mentioned in Booking as 13 dinars per person, but when we went for breakfast, they said that the price was 14 dinars, with their explanation being that the information on the Booking website needs to be updated and will be updated in January of next year! Likewise, as for the insurance amount, it was not mentioned on the Booking.com website that the amount is 50 dinars for each night, but in a hotel she asked me for an amount of 100 dinars as a deposit because I will spend two nights there. I replied to her that the website did not mention that the insurance amount is for each night, and she said that it is okay, I will only deduct 50!

The breakfast was exceptional. Probably the best of any luxury hotel in the country. The facilities were great, as they always are. And the rooms were spacious, and clean. The bathroom had both a tub as well as a shower, and a large double sink. Really couldn't ask for more.

The service at the 4th floor restaurant was slower than would be expected at a hotel of that class. It took around 25 minutes to have that coffee that we ordered served. But overall, the staff was really helpful, as they usually are.

The food was average, for some unknown reason at 12 am all the curtains were opened automatically while we were sleeping, and lastly the most annoying thing and really strange is that were we asked to hand our our bluetooth speaker to the security because speakers are not allowed in the hotel according to the management!

 The room and everything inside the bedsheets, the sofa, the ground, all very clean  the view from the room either side of the hotel building was so amazing. The amenities of the hotel were exceptional. room service whenever you order food it was so precise with with delivering your order.  I like the technology about ordering anything such as room service, requesting dining removal, housekeeping … etc. Highly recommended, and I want to stay was above expectation  .

The Hotel was very clean and luxurious with nice reception at the time of arrival, the gym is one of the best I’ve ever been as in hotel gym, I liked the indoor pool, the room service was quick and tidy.

The location is not the best but it’s acceptable, the price is quite high, When I wanted to check out the receptionist took long time with the other customer, the other receptionist was not quick as well so I couldn’t check out properly so I just left the key and left.

property was phenomenal and luxurious. of course this entire facility would have been the same without the the amazing staff. The reception was amazing, Mr.Adel was very elegant in his treatment with us, never had such treatment in any hotel that I visited before. The swimming staff were super nice with us too. Oka made the experience there more than amazing. he provided us with alot of complimentary drinks and fruits and was always there for any requests. Pereira and Farhan were also as nice in the swimming pool. overall the experience was exquisite and I would love to see this treatment continue throughout the future.

The in spa faculty were not as nice and a little dry to deal with.

Location, room size , bathroom was amazing and clean, the bed was so comfortable, staff very friendly , the hotel just amazing .
