Proximity to Cape Cod Rail Trail, large balcony with relaxing view over peaceful golf course, beautiful landscaping, very friendly staff

Breakfast selections were very thin on items that are so easy to stock, esp oatmeal packets, cold cereal (Froot Loops was the only one provided), and fresh fruit (which was available only one of our two days). Also, though it wasn't promised, we would have liked an in-room coffee maker or extended availablity of coffee in lobby. If not for those two disappointments, we'd rate Blue Rock Resort a 10.

I love how well kept the property is. When I first checked in, the gentleman that I spoke with was very nice and accommodating.

The parking fees. These should be eliminated for guests. You should be able to have up to 2 cars for no extra charge. It’s a little excessive to pay both a resort fee and a parking fee. It’s the one thing that may keep us from rebooking, and we’ve been there 2 years in a row now. I also wish there was a hot tub at this location. The other thing that I was a little bothered by was the staff member during breakfast. She came across as she was irritated each morning, and that it was a pain to do her job. I think it may be better to have a juice/milk/coffee station there where people can do it themselves. Also, more cereal choices and possibly a waffle maker would be great additions to this place.

the daily parking fee was excessive, especially when you’re already paying the resort fee. That would be the one thing that would keep me from staying there again.

Beautiful place that exceeded my expectations. Great value, warm and welcoming staff, comfortable, spacious and clean room. We also visited the other resorts that are part of the resort we stayed in and we had a great time. This is a place I will definitely stay in again. Me and my husband can’t wait to be back!

Breakfast was great and the server was so kind to our kids. The hotel was clean and quiet and we still got to use all the amenities and activities at the other properties.

We had a little trouble with the hot water in the shower. There’s not necessarily a maintenance person around to look at issues in the evening

Clean, nicely decorated room with a comfortable bed and soft linens which was all i really needed fir an overnight stay. Good shower, friendly, helpful staff and beautiful grounds, nicely lanscaped. Patio area was a pleasant surprise.

My only complaint wss not being informed of the additional $25 parking fee when I booked.

We weren't able to use to the heated pool but I would have had the weather been better. Overall one of the best places to stay mid Cape. Highly recommend. We did go to one of the beach properties for a couple of hours and it was great. Nice chairs and towels.

The room interior design is well updated. The continental breakfast included sprouted whole wheat bread and gluten and dairy free muffin which is very important for people like me who has apecial diet. You also have access to other resorts in the area. I'll definitely come back!!!

Didnt expect to have a continental breakfast at the motel but it was nice to have. I grabbed a muffin and bottle of water before playing two rounds of golf.

Breakfast was good but it would’ve been better to offer cooked eggs.

paying for parking was a shock. This was the first year ever that we had to pay after coming here for 30 years!!! We mainly come to golf and were not allowed to contact the property directly. The staff gave us their direct phone number when we arrived.
