Proximity to Cape Cod Rail Trail, large balcony with relaxing view over peaceful golf course, beautiful landscaping, very friendly staff

Breakfast selections were very thin on items that are so easy to stock, esp oatmeal packets, cold cereal (Froot Loops was the only one provided), and fresh fruit (which was available only one of our two days). Also, though it wasn't promised, we would have liked an in-room coffee maker or extended availablity of coffee in lobby. If not for those two disappointments, we'd rate Blue Rock Resort a 10.

The pool is the best!

I don't like that we have to pay an additional 25.00 a day to park our car. Other places you are allowed to park one car no charge and put the slip on the dash. If there is no slip or the car is not registered with the office then tow it.

I love how well kept the property is. When I first checked in, the gentleman that I spoke with was very nice and accommodating.

The parking fees. These should be eliminated for guests. You should be able to have up to 2 cars for no extra charge. It’s a little excessive to pay both a resort fee and a parking fee. It’s the one thing that may keep us from rebooking, and we’ve been there 2 years in a row now. I also wish there was a hot tub at this location. The other thing that I was a little bothered by was the staff member during breakfast. She came across as she was irritated each morning, and that it was a pain to do her job. I think it may be better to have a juice/milk/coffee station there where people can do it themselves. Also, more cereal choices and possibly a waffle maker would be great additions to this place.

Location is great and you get access to other red jacket resorts.

Double beds instead of Queens; shower drained very slowly and continental breakfast was not great. Did not get access to ALL 3 resorts - just 2.

Beautiful place that exceeded my expectations. Great value, warm and welcoming staff, comfortable, spacious and clean room. We also visited the other resorts that are part of the resort we stayed in and we had a great time. This is a place I will definitely stay in again. Me and my husband can’t wait to be back!

Breakfast was great and the server was so kind to our kids. The hotel was clean and quiet and we still got to use all the amenities and activities at the other properties.

We had a little trouble with the hot water in the shower. There’s not necessarily a maintenance person around to look at issues in the evening

The rooms, the pool area the dining area as well as surrounding areas were properly maintained and clean. It was a great experience!

I can honestly say that I have nothing to respond to this question. As stated above, it was a great experience!

location, quiet, staff, grounds well kept

the daily parking fee was excessive, especially when you’re already paying the resort fee. That would be the one thing that would keep me from staying there again.

Clean, nicely decorated room with a comfortable bed and soft linens which was all i really needed fir an overnight stay. Good shower, friendly, helpful staff and beautiful grounds, nicely lanscaped. Patio area was a pleasant surprise.

My only complaint wss not being informed of the additional $25 parking fee when I booked.

Loved the location, and the amenities were great. We were able to use the beach and pool at the sister location which was great for the kids. Rooms were cozy and we had a patio which was an added bonus.
