"Grand Park Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast was very delicious and fresh. It is 30 minutes from sea, and very easily located. Overall, my stay at Grand Park Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet, tranquil, and very cheap stay!

The place was very clean and comfortable. The room and the bathroom were spacious and with an AC. The air was very fresh and the view from the mountain was amazing. The hotel is just 5 mins drive from the city centre and you can see the castle from your balcony. The hosts were very kind and also the breakfast was amazing with their homemade and bio food products that they grew at their garden. The price is very good.

Surprisingly nice hotel located at a gas station — doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it’s a great find. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, and excellent value for money.

Preface with Grand Park Hotel is more a motel than hotel. It is a budget accommodation. Do not expect “Grand.” There is a petrol station attached to the property which is convenient if you’re driving. The property is located a ten-minute drive outside Girokaster so there are no buildings to block sunrise. Try to get an east-facing room if you want to watch it from your balcony. The property is family-run. They were kind and hospitable. The woman (Pardon me for not remembering her name) who prepared our rooms was friendly and immediately upon check-in asked us if we were happy with our room. We were. The sheets were crisp, and the room was clean. Grand Park offered breakfast, but due to our timeline, we could not wait for it. It started around 8:00. For a budget place to stay, especially after a long day in the road, 30 Euros was a decent value. *This is no reflection on the property but do not leave food out. We had ours wrapped up on the table in the room and woke to find ants in it.

It was what we expected.

The room wasnt clean, the bed sheets were stained .. and the structure Is a gloryfied gas station. In the bathroom the light was regulated with motion sensor so if you are doing shower you stay in the dark Breakfast was adeguate. Look for better option.

Nice and friendly personnel.

There was no hot water in the bathroom. The lobby and room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite the fact that there were No smoking signs. The overhead lamp didn't work well. The personnel didn't speak English, which led to misunderstanding and inconvenience.

Comfortable beds and clean

There was no english speaking staff available. We didn't have a kettle or refrigerator in the room as advertised. The AC didn't work and after we finally convinced the petrol station attendant of that, we had to switch rooms. Although we've been told that breakfast will be served from 8am, there was nobody in sight, so we just left without the opportunity to have the included breakfast.
