The location at the corner of the city bazar gave us the advantage to walk around, shop, eat and return to the hotel any time. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast had all the varieties we thought of an the service was quick. The rooms are comfortable, with adequate area and 3 windows for extra light and a lovely view of the bazar and the city :)

Our room had twin beds as requested, but the beds were small in size, the quality of sleep was affected by the fear of falling with the minimum turn ! - It would have been helpful if breakfast buffet had lables describing the food content. I had to ask the staff about several dishes; whether they are vegetarian, contain pork or chicken ....etc To be honest, they were around all the time and ready to answer every query, I had to give them my comment though.

Fantastic location in a very beautiful UNESCO town, delicious breakfast and very very nice and friendly staff that made us feel super welcomed and treated us like royalty in their amazing hotel. Could hear the live guitarist from the room ;)

Parking is not at the property itself but it really wasn’t too bad as the paying parking was right nearby (100m?) and convenient.

The hotel is in a great location, it really cannot be beat. The family rooms where great. There is an outer door you can close and then you have two bedrooms. The service was excellent and the hotel is beautiful.

I think the breakfast that is included could be better and there could be better coffee options. Otherwise it really is great.

Location of the hotel is just excellent. Underground public parking is available right next to the hotel entrance. Google Maps has an issue navigating there. The room itself was very cosy. Breakfast was served before we went down to the restaurant. We want to personally thank Antonio who went above and beyond to assist us with electric vehicle charger and parking in general.

Amazing location right next to the bazaar and close to Gjirokastër castle. Breakfast was incredible! The girls at reception were extremely friendly and helpful. They even posted my jacket back to me which I had forgotten at their hotel.

Access to the property is not straight forward if you are following Google maps. Very noisy - this is because of the stray dogs barking all night but this is not under the hotels control. Also workmen next door woke us up at 7 AM loading/unloading huge boulders.

Decor in our room was stunning. Good location. Nice, friendly restaurant. Balcony overlooking the square. Accessible from the underground car park

Beware sat nav taking your car up increasingly narrow cobbled streets from which there is no escape! Saved by a helpful local. Further into town there is a perfectly good tarmac road.

Excellent location and very helpful hosts! Delicious breakfast and wonderful experience hearing about Gjirokaster from host, Thoma. Hosts even helped with our luggage from underground parking lot to hotel rooms! Very clean rooms and a wonderful experience overall!

The location is amazing, right in the heart of the city and very convenient for exploring without having to use your car for daily activities. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, especially with the children. We will definitely be coming back!

the location of the hotel was perfect in the square "Cerciz Topulli" also in the beginning of the bazar. the staff of the hotel were great very helpful and kind. the view from the hotel was stunning, the castle was on top of you.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and attentive. The square by the hotel was being repaved but the reception team came out happily to meet us with our cases and the baby. Service was exceptional. Silva assisted us in a trip to the Blue Eye Spring.

It was all lovely.
