Great location, right in town. Everything is located within walking distance, Pubs, shops, restaurants, post office, pharmacy, bakery etc., big IGA just around the corner. Motel also has a pool, great for kids. Sightseeing stuff also within walking distance. Coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave are available in the room.

Parking spots within the motel aren’t assigned for each room, everyone literally can park anywhere, so you are either lucky enough to get a parking spot after going out for dinner or nothing at all and you have to park outside. Parking outside was fine, there are plenty of parking spots available outside the motel, however the parking spots within the motel should be assigned for each room for the price you pay. Rooms have basic kitchen utilities, however a cutting board and/ or dishwashing liquid and/ or some salt and pepper would be great as some people stay longer than one night. Some hair conditioner would have been great, we only had soap and 2 little hair shampoos upon arrival. Most of the other motels we stayed at provided shampoo and conditioner.

This was such a cool, quirky room! Exposed brick walls and great colour scheme, with a big bath as well. It was just out of the main part of town so we could easily walk to restaurants, pubs, shops and parks.

The property is in a great location, close enough to walk to everything yet quiet. There was plenty of room with a comfy seating area, a table and chairs and breakfast making facilities (the supermarket is just round the corner!). A very clean room and fluffy towels are provided!

I personally found the bed far too soft, obviously not as issue if that’s your preference and it wouldn’t stop me staying again. I would suggest making the areas outside under the awnings smoke free. I had opened the window for some fresh air but someone was smoking a few doors down and the breeze blew the smoke straight in.

Warm room and electric blanket. Dark once outside lights got turn off. Big tv. Coffee and tea. Bathroom was bright good shower pressure. Lots towels. So close to town to walk.

It’s older style but still great for the price. The roof is being replaced and took over parks and was a trip hazard out front of room as I am disabled. But it’s temporary and they need to do what they need to do. So really I gave them an 8 because good on them for keeping the price reasonable and being clean and in town.

Perfect location within minutes walk to main street/sights. Quiet. Room was a good size and, while not super-modern, was well equipped with microwave, kettle, coffee. High ceilings, good aircon and bonus ceiling fan made it very comfortable on a hot day. Front desk staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Parking is easy, both within hotel grounds as well as on-street.

great price, really comfortable, everything you need and a great location. We were mountain biking almost all day, every day and this was good to come back to for accomodation.

Nothing that I didn't like. Some things could do with updating, but then the cost would go up - and it wouldn't have made our stay any better. Everything was clean, comfortable and worked.

Big room. Comfy bed. Great pillows. Tv had every streaming app you could think of and a large screen. 2 armchairs as well as a small table with 2 chairs. Great location away from main road so was very quiet. Only a handful of guests that night too. Very helpful owner when I locked myself out of room. Great water pressure in shower and hot.

With all the interior brickwork the room was dark

Position & Location within the town amazing. Short walk to Bilson's Brewery and Beechworth Bakery. Has a lovely lake not too far of a drive away in the town. Kids didn't use accommodation pool as there was debris at the bottom of the pool, possibly of the local Elm trees. Parking is great be even better if people stick to the ones directly outside their room. Has everything you need within a stay and coffee pod machines which is a bonus! Was really happy with our choice of accommodation. Property manager was friendly.

Very minor thing.,... The beds against the walls may need pulling out to vacuum along the walls and carpet by house keeping, where dust gets trapped, helpful for guest with dust allergies and for those who accidentally drop their phones etc then have to reach down and grab along with hand covered in dust. They are clean units however and I could not find anything else I didn't like. It was a fantastic affordable place to stay.

The Motel is ideally located in the town of Beechworth; close to the main street. There was ample parking on-site. The room was quite comfortable with good facilities.

Generally, there was nothing that I didn't like. I had a colleague stay with me for a couple of nights and it would have been handy to have a second key rather than having to juggle possession all of the time.

The location and the cost were the outstanding features. Being so close to town allowed us to walk out to the famous Beechworth Bakery. IGA was across the road is a bonus. We arrived early and the host allowed us to dump our bags giving us the freedom to mooch around without our luggage. I also liked the coffee capsule machine.
