The rooms are quite spacious and very clean.It feels quite luxurious to stay at this resort. Great ambience, nice pool and a lovely bar and restaurant

(1) They do not serve meals between 3 to 7pm and don't allow to order outside food. (2) We had quite struggle in getting our breakfast in time and as per our requirement. (3) We had to climb some stairs to the room as there was no elevator. Probably not an issue for most guests however it was a bit tough as I had a knee issue.

Friendliness of staff. They were all very helpful and caring when I (at age 89) fell down some dangerous steps. They took me straight to hospital for treatment, and the following morning the lighting on these steps was improved. Will go again next season. Management really trying and will no doubt have made many improvements by then⁹

Too many steps and varying levels. White lines needed on edge of steps to improve visibility. Didn't have room service for 3 nights, had to ask for clean towels and ran out of toilet rolls on last night. Somehow the lighting just wasn't adequate and it was difficult to see properly in the rooms and bathroom. Please do NOT take these comments as complaints as they are meant purely as suggestions for improvements. Sorry my bandaged leg prevented me from using the pool.I had been looking forward to a nice swim.

I and my daughter visited on her birthday from 16 to 19 Dec,The ambience was awesome great decor mer maid theme.nice huge and elegant rooms with all five star eminities. Morning breakfast mouthwatering delicious.since we Preferred jain food the chef instantly catered to our requirements. Made special sabudana khichdi on request as we had ekadeshi fast.kudos to the chef. The whole staff was friendly greeting every one with smile. Above all cleanliness a benchmark.

Only one drawback no wifi in the room.had to sit in lobby to contact nears and dears. More transport options could be provided.

Breakfast was excellent 😊 pool was amazing 😊 staff was good in breakfast room as well as reception. Place is cool to relax with beautiful view .

*I asked for pool and river view room i got only river view which was hardly can b seen. *Second day of my stay i didn't had fresh towels same towels were replaced as i work in hospitality i can make it out easily hand towels were not thre in the room for two people only one soap was given there was no bathrobe in the room . * Food in the pool side restaurant was cold n had to wait for a long time for food .

One of the best property I have ever stayed in South Goa, the property facilities and decor is just 😍 and the location is perfect for people who are travelling to find peace and serenity in one place . I would recommend this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Loved the pool and the Chef was very kind and considerate of our liking in terms of food. Our food was very well taken care of by him personally. The hospitality offered by him and his team was outstanding everytime we went for the ala carte meal. Very special thanks to him for making our visit a pleasant one. A big thanks from all of us and we hope to visit soon again! Not to miss out on the pool area for a sundowner session with the lovely shamianas and marvelous cocktail drinks to make it a memorable trip with your loved ones! Must visit!!!

There is nothing we did not like. The property is extremely pretty. Maybe the room we stayed in, the washroom needed some work. Also, there should be a cooler in the reception bay area. Also, our Punjabi friend Manager could be a little considerate of our friends' requests. Overall I'd give it a 4.8-star rating!

The property has good vibes. Has good space, clean always. Plantations around the rooms gives good privacy. We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday. Hotel was kind enough in sending a cake which made our day. Breakfast was fabulous, had much veriety.

Due to mosquitos in the pool area, we could not enjoy the evening live music.

Location is good for South Goa. Very good food.

The property is now ageing and maintenance is a question. I had a room with bad flooring and minor touch up to everything is required. Restaurant also requires more of cleanliness.

Custom omelettes available and extensive food choices.

Gourmet coffee is hard to find in the area in general, but something other than instant would be a nice bonus. The pool was closed and they did not tell me ahead of time. I would have expected a discount due to the inconvenience. That was disappointing, especially as a solo traveler looking for some pool time. Ended up in my room a lot.

The room was nice and was well equipped. And staff was friendly and helpful.
