Our family had a good time at Wyndham Santiago Pettra. First off, the location was perfect to our needs as it was super close to restaurants, shopping mall and on the way to the mountains for skiing. The facilities are beautiful and fairly quiet at night. The room was really comfortable — clean, cozy, and the bed was amazing after a long day out exploring. We slept so well! The breakfast buffet was very good. Plenty of tasty options, fresh coffee, and a relaxed vibe. Great way to start the day. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. It just made the whole experience feel welcoming. Also, having parking right on site was a huge plus - no big stress trying to find a spot or worry about the car. Just parked and relaxed. Not sure about the public transportation options in the area, though. All in all, we’d stay here again. It just made our trip that much better.

Our A/C was very noisy when used as a heater, and we ran out of toilet paper because there was no extra roll in the bathroom. They require a pool cap to use their pool, which is very annoying because you have to buy one and it doesn't make much sense.

Room was luxurious and excellent value. Staff were friendly and professional. Evening meal in restaurant was really good. Neighbourhood is peaceful and upmarket, with many external dining and shopping options. Lounge area nice for relaxing or meeting.

Breakfast. Stale bakery... yesterday's. dried cheesecake and croissants, poor selection in general, surprising given the dinner capabilities and quite a let down (and 18 USD approx). Gym more of an afterthought with just a few free weights and cardio machines and one seated row machine.

Ok breakfast, comfortable beds, quiet rooms...

It's supposed to be a 5 star hotel, but I found that the Ikea style furniture, level of service/breakfast/restaurant would be more at level with basic 3-star European chain hotel. During our trip in Chile we stayed in couple other 5-star hotels that were much nicer. No complains, we liked our stay, just better not to come with too high expectations.

The staff were extremely nice especially Gabriel who went above and beyond the call of duty. He really tried to help us with LATAM airlines who lost all our luggage for 3 days. This is a really good hotel if you want to go skiing as it’s the closest to the resort in Santiago. The shopping centre opposite is good but the best restaurants are a good 20 mins drive. You do need a car to stay in this hotel. The breakfast is sufficient and beds are really comfortable.

Not much privacy when using the toilet

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past decade, this is the first time under the "Wyndham" brand. Very comfortable and quiet, close to an up-market mall, excellent restaurant and breakfast, efficient and pleasant staff. No complaints at all, recommended without reservation.

Great location, comfortable rooms, and nice breakfast.

Heated pool wasn't always warm, and we had a hard time arranging a breakfast to go (they firmly require noticing a day in advance and in the end they just put one simple sandwinch, a bottle of water and an orange in a paper bag).

Overall it was fantastic, the bed’s mattress was a little bit too soft for my taste but the rest all fabulous

Love breakfast. Lot of options to choose and a very extend time to enjoy with no presure.

The transfer they work with to go skiing. I would not recomend that choice they offer. Rent a car and go by yourself.

service is not that good. Breakfast is just ok, lack of plates all the time, delay to replace eggs, raw omelete. Everyday the same thing

Room service and food was delayed and awful. Very bad service at the reception that night.

Comfortable bed, good design

Could not use the pool because it closes at 6:30pm on Sundays. This should be clearly indicated when booking because it comes as a surprise for an i ternational traveller.
