Everything!! The staff was so very friendly and helpful, with whatever I was asking of them.

The Parking Fee , I feel I’ve already spent a good amount of money to stay there and then at checkout I was advised there was a fee. I feel it’s a disservice to charge people who are wanting to stay at your facility. Parking should be free.

Everything was great

Stayed there in beginning of June for 4 days. Great Location on the Beach absolutely awesome to walk without the crowd. Room was great and roomy, as well very clean. Loved the smell throughout the hotel. Very friendly Front Lobby Staff. Did not used the Work out room but it looked very well stuffed with equipment. I always saw people cleaning the place, which made me feel good.

We had hardly a good pressure in the shower, as well sink water came out real slow and sparingly. The breakfast was a bit disappointing in the few choices or quality of dry bread and weird tasting waffles. I did not like the extra $15 a day charge for parking. You look at room prices and think you get a great deal, then they add it on later. Maybe $5.00 would be ok. Did not cared for Kids in the exercise rooms playing on the equipment with there parents being there. Also I noticed ppl smoking on the balcony, which is ok to me but it is a 100% smoke free hotel.

Our family had an awesome stay at Home2 Suites in Ormond Beach, Florida! From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel like VIPs—minus the paparazzi, thankfully. The room was super clean, spacious, and even had enough room for the kids not to fight over who gets which bed (miracle). The free breakfast was a hit—especially with our son, who acted like the waffle maker was the highlight of the entire vacation. The pool was perfect for burning off all that syrup-fueled energy, and the location made it easy to explore the beach and grab dinner without anyone whining too much in the car. Would absolutely stay here again—Home2 Suites made traveling with kids feel almost… relaxing. Almost.

I enjoyed this hotel, in fact we were there last year and we had a very good experience. Breakfast is good, staff is friendly, oceanview. jacuzzi and swiming pool were good. We enjoyed th sunrise and also it is a plus that we can bring our dog.

I thing it could be nice if all rooms have a stove. I asked for it and they brougth me one portable stove. Also a lamp wasn't working and the hotel fixed it. It was quick I really appreciated it. In other hand I would like to be able to have access to the beach through a ramp (wheelchair).

The whole facility was always clean. It was located right on the beach. It provided good breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Most beautiful sunrise.

The recommendations I have are very few. They need a hose to sit outside for rinsing off sand. What was provided did not really get off all the sand from beach chairs and other objects. I would also suggest maybe a way for guest to purchase food or water there for lunch.-dinner. The facility needs more parking.

I loved that it wasn't crowded, everyone was pleasant and we had everything we needed in our room. Rooms were clean and very spacious! Pool was wonderful, as was the hot tub. Gettiing to and from the beach was easy so was parking!!

Unfortunately our last night there was ruined by a couple not so great people that were acting inappropriate in the pool area and it ruined our last night there. I was sad to see them continue to be able to utilize the pool area even after their poor behavior was brought to the staffs attention not to mention my children witnessing things they shoudlnt have that had taken place in a public pool. I would have liked to see them kicked out if I hadnt been from out of state I would have called police and had charges pressed. I feel the staff should have done the same as well.

Where do I start. I wished I had booked more than one night here. The hotel itself was very clean. The room was sort of small for a suite, but we got an ocean view room with balcony, that was a plus! Glad we did. Room was very clean and smelled good. The hotel is right on the beach and that was convenient. Breakfast was your average continental breakfast, just fine with us. We walked to a restaurant down the street, Riptides, it was okay. I was expecting a better selection of seafood. We took a walk on the beach the next morning before we left. I think I found where I'll retire! Overall, it was a relaxing one-night stay on our way to Disney World.

Had issues with room cards/keys due to the internet security issues going on. Had to have staff open the door to your room each time you had to go back in. I didn't know we had to pay for parking/per day. It should be included in the stay in my opinion, but I guess I missed the fine print when I booked. The pool was pretty disgusting. Water was very dirty and very warm(?), odd, but alas, we were there for the beach.

Overall the hotel is great, clean and well maintained. We love the convenience of having a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishes and dishwasher. It’s perfect for staying on property and enjoying the beachfront.

Wish there was a side or back entrance to the parking lot vs walking to the front. The only other disappointment was attention to details with damage to the wall in the room. Where prior guest took a chunk of the corner out that needed repairs.

don’t like to said bad things because we enjoyed a lot the ocean view, pool, room etc, but One in my family this time needed to have access to the beach but I couldn’t see any ramp to go down safely, so we had to give so much help to get her down step by step through the stairs to let her at least touch the sand, but that was the only thing.
