This 120 year old cottage is absolutely a gem in Warburton. It’s wonderfully nestled among the gum trees and ferns and bird chirping, with lovely mountain views from the balcony. It’s very close to Yarra River walking tracks and attractions, and conveniently near shops. Belinda is a wonderful host, with very nice communication. Nice offer for breakfast.

The driveway is really steep but we could manage that (parking at the cottage’s visitor parking space down the hill can be an option for those who are not comfortable with the steep driveway)

The location was great with lovely walks and easy access to all the good things Warburton has to offer. The cottage was perfect. All our needs were accommodated and more. Luxurious! The bath was a special treat as were the delicious breakfast provisions. Thank you for the thoughtfulness and care so evident in the presentation of this sweet cottage.

We liked everything.

The location was good. In Warburton, close to the shops and the river but tucked away from the busy main street. The owner/hostess was very accomodating, friendly and thoughtful. Old world charm with modern amenities and the cosy atmosphere tucked away on a little hill are some of the highlights. Among moss covered trees and shrubs its so relaxing. Get a lungful of fresh mountain air from the balcony to start your day. Kookaburras in the trees, the baby Yarra babbling away throughout the night is the perfect sound to fall asleep to.

Having to go back home after the stay.

We loved the homely feel of the cottage. The cottage was situated close to the main strip of shops and the river trails. It was peaceful to sit on the balcony and inhale the fresh air, and listen to the peaceful sounds of the river. The living and kitchen areas were spacious, clean, and tidy. The beds were comfortable. The cottage was very picturesque and decorated beautifully. Loved the optional breakfast spread that we requested. We were all happy and comfortable with our stay. We will definitely be returning in the future.

There is nothing to critique here.

Room was clean and very comfortable, location was amazing and the electric fire was very warm and made for a nice ambience. Bed was also very comfortable.

Amount of breakfast options a little small, mini bar items had a minimum spend on them, which I didn't realise straight away, so had to spend more, card fee as well. Bubbles for spa bath would have been nice. Very steep driveway, which was not good in the wet.

Unique setting and ambience. Such “heritage” charm is hard to come by. Excellent breakfast provisions. Children loved the tots and books.

Steep stairs in Jessica’s cottage. Luckily I was not sleeping upstairs.. but the view was beautiful so I had to go up.

Breakfast was plentiful! And delicious. Lots of choices available. Really enjoyed the selection.

Had some initial trouble getting check in information but was resolved very quickly by the owner.

Breakfast supplied was great and the spa was a bonus. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. We would have liked another night to fully enjoy the facilities offered.

Beautiful cottage in great location, very relaxing weekend away, delicious breakky supplies & absolutely loved the spa! So peaceful sitting out on the front deck for morning coffee's! Host was super helpful when we couldn't get netflix working 😊

Had to request more towels as we were only supplied with 1 each for showers & the spa, also had to ask for more toilet paper because there was only half a roll & no spare... some lights not working & skylight made room bright way too early...

The cottage was charming and perfect for our group. The beds were extremely comfy, the fireplace was cosy, and the view of the town from the cottage was incredible!
