Very clean! Well lit, well decorated. Everything in the room was in decent shape: I've stayed at places before with broken furniture, a rusted microwave, missing floor tiles... Things here were "gently used" at their worst, but everything was really nice. Coffee and hot water with tea bags or hot chocolate packets in the lobby at ALL hours. Even the stairwells were amazingly lit, clean, didn't smell weird, and felt safe to be in. The staff were all pleasant and polite.

The shower head put up a FIGHT. I have never been able to make peace with shower heads at hotels. Trying to change the settings on the head resulted in unscrewing half of it and making a bit of a mess on the floor when the water shot backwards. But it wasn't difficult to get back together at least, there were plenty of extra towels to soak up the little bit of mess. And the bathroom was clean, so if this is the worst thing I had to face, I am still VERY happy.

This hotel has been refurbished since last time I stayed here. The room was very nice and clean. The TV was huge. Wifi was good. Bed and desk chair were comfortable. The staff were excellent, as always. Breakfast was OK - not great, but not bad. The coffee in the lobby was surprisingly good (they had light roast!).

Minor complaint - on one day, the eggs served with breakfast was a "cheese omelette". For people allergic to dairy, this rules out the hot breakfast.

Our room was great, everything was clean. Thr staff was very nice and helpful. We had issues with our keycard and the gentleman at the desk was super nice and helped us out. The pool was great! We had it to ourselves for a few hours. It was clean and the pool furniture was in good condition.

Our key card wasn't working that well, we tried to get a new one but that didn't work either. We discovered it's just very finicky. They have the option of doing an online one, but it wouldn't work for me.

We loved how friendly the staff was and the choices for breakfast! Our room was very clean and the beds were super comfy!

The property is nestled back, could be a little tricky to find without gps! It’s also a little outdated but the cleanliness made that a little better. Also because it had been a muggy day in the area, our room was a little musty but turning on the A/C helped!

The property was clean. The check in receptionist Mary was awesome and kind! The area was nice too! The breakfast staff did a great job too.

The only thing I didn’t like was I asked for an extension and to check out at 11:30am. Mrs. Carol declined. She doesn’t have the greatest personality for front desk receptionist.

Love the location even though it’s little difficult to find at first at night time. Friendly staff especially at night. She even have fresh coffee for us when we got there at 8pm! Room was cleaned and have everything we needed. Very good breakfast and very friendly staff.

The only thing was the bed. It’s too firm for us but not a big deal. Love this location and their staff.

Everything was clean, the ladies up front was so nice and helpful from check in to check out. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was always fresh. Wonderful hotel. The bed and pillows was very comfortable. Will stay there again.

Breakfast was good and they changed it up every day. Room was very clean and no signs of smoking. Mattress was comfortable too!

Well, the elevator was out of service and the pool was closed 😢 other than that I just can’t complain!

The room was large, plenty of options for breakfast. Staff was very helpful and always smiling.

Only issue was the room could use a small table to eat at.
