I like the location and the windows of this property. The decoration of the Palazzo is also very charming. The staffs are mostly friendly.

The transportation is not convenient and the reception didn’t give any recommendation for the public transportation but they gave taxi service options. Would be great to explain me the public transportation as one option. Instead of only giving me paid service. During the night, it could be very noise cause the wind made the steel shell moving. Then you either choose to close it or make the light wake you up early morning…

Colombo is the smallest of the 3 boutique hotels but is super for a short stay. Room spacious and great location. We were here in July and it was a little noisy on the 1st night but not terrible. Breakfast at Presta is excellent and the pool at Flora is gorgeous. Very stylish, would definitely come back.

No water replaced during cleaning. Shower not the best design, and leaks over the bedroom floor.

This place truly blew me away. A truly boutique experience. It has such a unique charm, blending history with modern comforts beautifully. Our room was stunning, so stylish and comfortable, a real treat to come back to after a day of exploring. The location is absolutely perfect for walking everywhere, yet it felt like a peaceful sanctuary inside.

Brilliant location

We had booked multiple rooms at Colombo I was lucky to have some outside seating in the terrace for the room. Although we were told the other side of the terrace were for all other guests there was no outside seating on the roof terrace for other guests

We stayed with our two dogs with us. The staff were amazing. So friendly and genuine and welcomed us and the dogs with open arms. I can't wait to stay again in the incredible room..

Amazing room (almost like an apartment), great location close to the parking by the harbor.

Not easy to find as there is no name on the door, but when we called them someone came within 3 minutes from the other palazzo.

Excellent breakfast, great location in Gallipoli. Reception was very helpful and the room was truly one of a kind. Very modern and spacious.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing visit to Gallipoli. Breakfast, facilities, the room; everything was wonderful!
