Just had a quick stopover around Namba so I didn't use the computers or anything, but the whole gaming atmosphere was still enjoyable. The capsule was quite large and comfortable. The locker has sufficient space only for a backpack, but you'll be able to store a larger luggage in the storage area. Towels and other amenities come for free.

One of the toilets was really dirty in the morning (before 7am), but I guess customers are too blame rather than the hotel staff. Showers are a bit small, and you have to change in front of it, which is not the best for privacy.

Pretty cool to have gaming pc available as part of the stay and they have vending machines. The luggage room in the dorm room had plenty of space for large luggage and we had nice quiet comfortable sleep.

Couldn’t figure out how to change the language on the pc from Japanese to any other language. Also make sure you know your login details for all the different game platforms otherwise you’ll end up spending time sorting out your account details using Google translate.

My gamer husband absolutely loved coming back to a gamer’s computer, especially as we have been on the road for a while. Location was useful to get to USJ (with a 13 min walk to the nearest station). Front staff were very lovely, and allowed us to leave our large suitcases while we went out for breakfast after check out.

The bathroom had some dust and hair from the previous stay, but other than that the room was clean. The hotel is not well known, and getting a Taxi ride there required for us to provide exact address location. The room we stayed in had little floor space, and was difficult to fully open our suite cases.

I absolutely love staying here, I always try to book here when I come to Osaka! The price is really good, the staff are so kind to me and the capsule is comfortable, also when I'm not busy I can use the computer! (Though everything is in Japanese so bring your translator app if you're like me and can't read kanji!) It's fantastic! I'm not sure the staff speak English, but it's fine because they are very patient with me while I try to understand their Japanese so that is not really a problem!

The only thing I don't like is that the building is very warm. I think while it is winter and also with all the computers going, it is always very hot there. Also, the location is a little bit hard to find and maybe a bit scary at night, but that doesn't bother me now that I have been there more than once!

Was a very cool place to stay for gamers! The room we had was exactly like the photo with two big beds and PC set ups. Is definitely worth getting the couples room rather than the capsules. Was so fun playing games while overseas that we ended up staying awake until 4am! Staff didn't speak great English but tried their very best which is more than what we would expect. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good location and amazing aesthetics throughout the property.

PC was hard to navigate initially as everything is in Japanese but using Google translate on our phones helped with that. Was not able to change system language so be careful if you are a foreigner that is uncomfortable with Japanese. One pair of our headphones did not work but it was okay because we were in the room together anyway. Our room key may have been running out of battery as it took a few tries to unlock. (all these are very minor things for us!)

It was a perfect location. Staff was kind and the facilities comfortable and clean. 24 hours front desk is convenient. Nice price for the value. Nice location in Namba. Relatively easy access to transportation and the city around

The temperature in the computer rooms was a little bit too hot. The towels cost extra fee. Some computers have worn out peripherals, such as keyboards with smashed keys, etc. You can't choose the capsule you want to stay nor the computer you want to use. The lightning might be a little bit eye stressing

In truth I don't know what I was expecting of an esports hotel, but it basically sums it up. A bunch of gamers gaming the night away, for a short bit I was with my people.

I don't blame the staff at all, but no one spoke English. I was trying to connect and it all got done, but a pocket translator would have been amazing. But the room I stayed in had a huge dust collection all along the wall. Everything else was spotless, but the floor along the walls were caked with so much that when I had my sweater on the floor it collected a lot of it.

Contrary to a lot of the reviews I read, my room was clean, a large space and both computers were able to run the latest games with quick downloads. For what you pay for one of the rooms with two PC's it's great value for money and I would definitely stay again .

The girls' dormitory is great, there is plenty of space. The bathroom area was above expectations. Loved the little balcony and the nice view we have from there. Also the price was really attractive. On top of that, the wifi was working well and available everywhere, and the computers are fine.

I was able to play the games I wanted to play. (Valhiem and LoL) When I couldn’t work something the person at the front desk helped me figure it out. Very cheap, cleaner than expected, very cool atmosphere.
