The property has been newly renovated and it is in a quiet location. The staff are really kind and helpful, and the all inclusive food whilst not being a massive selection was all very fresh and tasty. Had friends staying at the Nielsen resort which is a five minute walk down the beach and this hotel was located beautifully for visiting them but not wanting to stay at the Nielsen hotel.

Whilst most of the property has been renovated, there were still a couple of little things that could have been better in the room. Nothing that inconvenienced us, but little things such as poorly mounted bathroom mirrors. The location is wonderfully quiet, but without a car you could feel quite isolated as the nearest town is a nine minute drive away.

Very nice and big room with sea view, clean, great pool and nice beach (when the weather and the sea is calm).

Loud music at the pool (all the time and everywhere), staff was nice but the information (for example about the „all inclusive“-package) was difficult to get and there where misunderstandings even though we asked. Maybe a language problem.

All staff were really friendly and very helpful. WiFi was excellent throughout - in room, restaurant and onto beach! Swimming pool was clean and a good size. Easy access to beach. We were there early September, and there was plenty of sunbeds around pool and on beach, just in front of hotel. Breakfast and Dinner buffets followed same style each day but with changes in main course choices. Breakfast had filter coffee on the go, but barista would make espresso etc if asked. Nice shaded area outside for eating, with view over pool and to sea. Kettle (& coffee) and fridge in room. Hairdryer in bathroom. Need car to get around - but then don't miss the site of Ancient Messini (20km north) - very interesting and a great location.

Not much improvement needed! Flyscreen over balcony door had a hole - so few flies got into room in evening - but not a big problem.

Suite 101 was nice with a sea view . Very clean. Pool nice . Beach front location . Operation manager was very good when we eventually met him the day we left and he was astonished when we told him that how bad it had been. Breakfast was quite good. Could be an amazing place with better trained staff.

Extremely loud music around the pool. We were all inclusive and staff didn’t know what that meant . Not allowed drinks at beach bar on all inclusive . Had to walk to reception for a glass of wine . No information from staff on anything , not even WiFi code etc . Evening meal was awful . Very poor/limited choice of meals , only salad to start and pasta dishes for main course . Only 3 desserts including jelly ! Ran out of wine and told man would fix this tomorrow !! Not much use when you are leaving tomorrow . No juice at breakfast. When asked the only waitress told “finished” !! Breakfast had only started !

Big room, easy parking place, waterfront brand new sun umbrellas and beds. Room cleaning and tidying every day. Welcome fruit and one bottled water offered in the mini fridge (no glasses/forks though). Staff very helpful and polite.

Almost everything seems to be neglected or worn out and needs maintenance/replacement. So-called gardens are completely neglected. The room, even though spacious, needs a renovation urgently. Bed/bedding not comfy. Bathroom needs the least a new shower cabin, let alone the rest of the fixtures which seem to be there since the 90s. Breakfast is very basic. Beach bar with extremely loud hit music since morning.
