Everything about the Hampton Inn was exceptional. The location, breakfast, & room were great. We thought about using another hotel on Gulf Breeze, but the convenience of the Hampton Inn to get wherever we wanted to go (Pensacola, NAS, Pensacola Beach) couldn't be beat. And the fact that the rooms/beds were so comfortable was just the icing on the cake!

From check-in to leaving the people were really nice and always ready to help. At check-in Najaah B was helpful and really nice explaining everything from the times for breakfast in the morning to how to access the WIFI and where to eat if we needed a place. The room was different from previous Hamptons we have stayed and it was roomy and clean. Bathroom was nice, clean for the 2 of us to be in at the same time. Parking was ample for the location. We did like that it was close to the Saenger theater where we took a quick Uber to it and back to the hotel without any problems. We would defiantly stay there again in the future.

We really did not find anything really bad about the property. The wallpaper near the toilet had a small lift at the joint but it was not detracting from the look and I'm sure that it was being fixed by the staff. Getting into the property you need to be careful to pull in to the left parking lot after the entrance. Just a small hinderance but not detracting from the property.

The bed was very comfortable, Breakfast was nice, the scrambled eggs were perfectly done.

The waffle maker was sticky and the waffle fell apart when I tried to remove it from the waffle maker. The employee there made up for that and made a waffle for me. She said that butter worked better than the release spray for the waffle maker.

Comfortable and easy to get to for an overnight prior to a flight. I had a nice dinner next door at Lillo’s Tuscan Grill.

My toilet wasn’t flushing after I checked in and then went out to dinner. There was only one person working so she could not help me as she could not leave the desk. I was able to go a plunger from her and got it working. Seems strange to have a large chain hotel that only has one person working.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! From the location, to the front desk ladies (especially Samantha!) to the room to the awesome breakfast choices (by Trey!), there was nothing better we could ask for! The full-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion that smelled amazing were an added bonus! You cannot go wrong staying at this property, and we will definitely be back!

The breakfast was amazing every morning. The rooms were very clean. The bed were so comfortable and it was so peaceful. And our toom was huge

There are no baby cribs so we had to go buy a $60 pack and play.

Everything. The friendly staff, the cleanliness, and the location. We did not' have the breakfast due to our time schedule, but it looked great and we will definitely make time on our next trip. It was our second time staying here.

The location was great. The hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly. Our room was spacious and had a great air conditioner. The bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of linens. Breakfast was delicious each day!

the service from the front desk was really good they help me out with my pets, they really friendly with me

we book to rooms but one of the shower curtains have a bad smell i reported to the front desk so they can wash it or change .

The evening of april 6th and April 7th morning clerks were the Best. They both were exceptional, the most kindness friendly ladies. They both went above to make us comfortable. Please tell them thank you again.

I couldn't take a pillow. Love it. Need to know the brand.
