The rooms were spotless clean, beds were very comfortable , we replenished on much needed good sleep before a long flight . Our hosts were extremely helpful and friendly . They accommodated our very many requests the last minute ( I had booked a single room by mistake ; we could easily update the room for two friends to be able to stay together ) . We were well cared for and well fed , this felt more like staying with family . Shannon ( our host ) was able to get a last minute reservation in a popular local restaurant; food was delicious. She was also very very responsive to all questions , went far and beyond to help us . I have to say , this stay put a smile on our faces and made good Welsch memories for us

It is close to a busy road but the location is the closest and most convenient for the airport ( plus the airport is not busy at all after dark)

We were so lucky to arrive on a beautiful sunny day (we were told Barry had experienced around 8 months of constant miserable weather). Gerard was an amazing host with very interesting stories to share. He went above and beyond giving us a lift in to town on arrival, and then to the nearby airport the following day to collect our rental car. He made us feel exceptionally welcome. We received excellent advice where to go for a meal (although it was a Sunday and we were too late and the restaurants had closed early) and what to see while in town. If you prefer comfortable, casual accommodation in a quiet area with a more 'homely' feel and you like listening to amazing stories, then this is the place for you! If you're travelling in a caravan or you are camping that is also well catered for here. It was no trouble for Gerard to arrange breakfast earlier than usual and he cooked up a delicious breakfast before we headed off to our next destination up north.

Fantastic customer service. The only thing I would suggest they could have improved on was if they had a better ironing board available (I was travelling for work and my shirts needed attention after unpacking 🙄). Room was spotless and the lady running front of house was exceptionally accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Ideally located for my purposes and despite being located next to two main roads amazingly got a comfortable, quiet nights sleep. Will definitely use again for future business trips.

Very friendly staff. camp site outside in the grounds with a spacious driveway. There was no noise from the camper. Breakfast. There was plenty of food at breakfast. Toast, ceral, fresh fruit, yoghurts, and the normal tea and coffee options. Croissants were also available. We got asked how we liked our eggs cooked for toast. Kids had beans on toast and plenty of beans, too.

Not walking distance from the beach. The shower dial for hot and cold was loose, so it took a while to get the correct setting, but once found, it was fine. Window catches were broken. We weren't aware it was only a continental breakfast, but we didn't go hungry. Thanks

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The team were very helpful and patient with our large family. Breakfast was great, the kids enjoyed the intimate and accommodating atmosphere. It was just what we needed after taking a long day of travel!! We will definitely be back especially when flying through CWL. Thank you!!

Hotel is part of a camping and caravan park area but that didn’t take away from a warm welcome feel you sometimes you don’t get at a larger hotel. It was clean and friendly, the rooms were spotless and a really good size. WiFi worked and good coverage, plenty of car park spaces. Staff were warm and friendly.

The staff went way over and beyond to take care of my elderly mother and her elderly friend. They had been stranded due to their flight being diverted as a result of a storm. My mother was exceptionally grateful for their hospitality and generosity, which included picking them up from the airport within 10 minutes of me booking the room! They also made them food at 10pm. Thank you so much.

Fantastic!!, felt very comfortable and welcome here, super clean and comfy beds!! The twins loved the reading corner on the landing!

The children and myself loved our breakfast but husband would of liked the option of bacon and sausage
