This property is a little oasis in the area of Askelia,just outside the main port of Poros. The property is set in a private area just a short 5-min walk from the coast. The owners, Yianni and Dimitri, were exceptional hosts; they went out of their way to ensure all guests were catered for in a friendly and professional manner. The pool and bar area are very comfortable and enabled the property guests to mix and get to know one another. The apartment was spacious and kept exceptionally clean. Would highly recommend. Everything was above our expectations

A beautiful apartment near Askelli beach. The hosts Yianna and Dimitri are fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment is very clean with great staff. A beautiful pool and close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants and bike hire. A perfect place, highly recommend! We hired e bikes from the local supplier beside the apartment and it was a great way to see the island. Also handy for going into the port. Local boat hire with Poros boat rentals was also a highlight. Poros is a beautiful island and Villa Dolphins is the jewel in the crown.

Lovely place, nice pool, very friendly staff. Couple of restaurants in short walking distance plus a supermarket. You can walk into the main harbour from here but it will take you about 20 mins. There is a water taxi for a few euros that will take you. Very efficient cleaner came and mopped the floors every day and tidied up a bit.

Not much we didn't like. Only comment really would be that the bathroom / kitchen are getting a little tired but are still clean. Kitchen wasn't terribly well equipped, had to ask for a sharp knife for cutting vegetables.

This place is so chilled and relaxing dimitris and yianna treat you like your part of the family dimitris met us off the ferry and gave us a lift up to the apartments where yianna was waiting to greet us with a big hug and smile we were lucky to get the top floor apartment with lovely sea views and a nice big balcony the apartment had all the amenities needed for a self catering break thankyou for making the last leg of our holiday so special if we ever come back to poros you will definitely see us again 😍😍😍cheers dimitris great bar tender x👌🍻

You will leave wishing that you could stay longer! If not because of the wonderful, peaceful location but because you would have met such kind-hearted and genuine hosts. Yianna and Dimitris are warm, generous people who take care of your every need. You could not want for more. So don't waste any more time searching for anywhere else - pack your clothes and just come! The shop run by friendly, helpful staff sell everything else that you would need. All of this and knowing that Yianna is always on hand and would be very happy to help arrange anything for you, whilst Dimitris can cook for you makes this a no brainer quick escape and a home away from home! It will be bliss if I ever get the chance to do that myself one day....take off with very little to worry about and leave the rest to just being there, embracing the inspiring company and soaking up all that Poros has to offer. Thank you for everything Yianna and Dimitris. I didn't know that money spent on a holiday could be so beautifully rewarding until we met you. I cannot express how grateful l am. Absolutely nothing to complain about!

Lovely pool/cafe area - private for residents. Set in a quiet location only a few hundred metres from Askeli beach area. Local good restaurants but the local supermarket has everything you could want, to make self-catering easy. Dimitris and Yanni are great ‘laid back’ but interested hosts. No wonder this place is regularly booked up

Decor is a bit dated - but perfectly adequate - especially as most of the time you are in your room, you are either unconscious or showering!

Really clean and comfortable, great pool with good sun beds and lots of shade. Nice bed and a good balcony offering views of the sea and the Peloponnese mainland. We had lunch a few times and it was very good. The owners are really friendly and offered advice on places to visit and things to do, arranging our transfers from and to the boat. Lots of bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away, but the hotel is quiet at night. Overall one of the best places on our trip around the Greek islands. Thank you

Lovely building - large, comfortable, well-equipped apartment with wraparound balcony. Efficient air conditioning and wifi. Attractive grounds and pool area. Two-minute walk to bakery, supermarket and bike hire, two minutes further to beach. Some pleasant tavernas near beach and a short, inexpensive taxi ride into Poros town and harbour. What makes this location unique, however, is the personnel. They are always available and I got the impression that nothing would be too much trouble for our hosts or staff if it meant a perfect stay for their guests!

My only issue (and this is not within the control of the property) was that, being a light sleeper, I had to sleep with all the windows closed as I was disturbed by the sounds of dogs barking and scooters passing by on the nearby road.

Where does one start? The delightful, warm, and gracious hospitality of Mrs Gianna and Mr Dimitris will be a good start!! The location is wonderful, peaceful, yet in a very good spot, where one is at a very close proximity to amenities like a bakery, supermarket, the wonderful beach of Askeli and the local restaurants too!! Just perfect!!! We were blessed with a beautiful and very large apartment, lots of home comforts, and beautiful views!!! Very, very good choice indeed!!!

We realise this is not any ones fault, but maybe an elevator would have been handy, especially for us, since we had heavy baggage. Yet, Mrs Gianna was extremely helpful and assisted us with it all, but it's something that this lovely apartment building, could benefit from in the future for sure.

Gianna and Dimitrius are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment was lovely a good size with everything you need in it. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and our balcony was huge a great place to sit in the evening. The bar area was great and Dimitrius is a good cook, would highly recommend his beef stifado. The beach is a short walk and to go into town is about a 20 minute walk. Overall a fantastic place to stay.
