The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful.The room was spacious, clean and well-maintained.The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions.The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was beautiful and the decor was stylish. I strongly recommend to every one.

Friendly staff, and good location. The carpet could do with a shampoo, but the room was overall clean. The beds were comfy. Breakfast was a bit basic - a few little additions would be great (croissants/ fresh fruit, etc) Overall, it was good and I would stay again.

First, I was unsure after reading some mixed reviews about the jersey arms , but my perspective completely changed after staying here. Although the unique building is nearly 800 years old you can not accept like new building hotels but that was unique and attractive . The hotel turned out to be very budget friendly, clean, and same as advertised. The location is great convenient and close to key spots like Bicester shopping outlets and Blenheim palace. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast while the selection was simple, it was definitely reasonable and a nice start to the day Overall, it’s a solid choice if you're looking for affordability without sacrificing comfort or cleanliness. I’ll definitely visit again and would recommend it to others. Very friendly staff

This hotel has its original features, giving it a lovely character, cottage vibe. We stayed in the superior room, which was outside in a separate building. Was very clean, rustic decor , spacious. We had everything we needed in our room, including a fan, mini fridge, towels. Staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I will definitely come back again. This hotel is very close to Bicester village, local pubs and restaurants.

They didn't have a bar and restaurant as they were in the process of upgrading this part of their hotel, so it is understandable

Lovely place and staff, room was nice with good amenities, the room for breakfast in the morning was nice. Selection of toast, cereal and yogurt and all the usual hot and cold drinks for breakfast too.

After reading some of the awful reviews I felt I should write our own experience, with our own photos. Warm welcome from the two friendly gentlemen who apparantly took over this kind of worn-down hotel last year. Our room (no.6) was wonderful. Spacious, clean, good bed, hot water in seconds, just nice. Breakfast was very simple, but nicely presented. Would like to come back when the bar and restaurant are up and running again. Bar for a drink would've been nice, but I understand it needed some tlc, so not functional yet. Would've loved a slice of cheese or ham with my breakfast cause I don't really like sweets, but these are minor suggestions. Overall very satisfied!
