I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was across from a big park, in close walking distance to everything we wanted to do, had a restaurant with great food and ambiance, the room was so nice and the bathroom was excellent. In the bathroom, there was plenty of counter space, they had nice products, the shower was spacious and had nice water pressure and the finishes were very nice. In the bedroom, the bed was very comfy, they had complimentary water in the fridge, the A/C worked well and there was a space to open your luggage that out of the way. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and so lovely to have such a nice restaurant in the hotel to relax and enjoy an excellent meal outside on a beautiful day!

A solid room in an excellent location by the park. Nice downtairs bar which serves as a good meeting point with larger groups. Great price point and you know exactly what you get with the Melia brand.

The wellness centre has bizarre opening hours. Only opens on Saturday morning, other days it opens at 6pm. The sheets didn't fully fit the bed so came loose and exposed the mattress constantly. Pretty poor breakfast buffet which would need to be improved to reach the full 10/10. Overall - would return.

The room was very clean and staff very friendly. Two pillows (big and small) available. The breakfast buffet was really great! Very good scrambled eggs and a lot of coffee machines. Good shampoo and conditioner (Rituals). We initially wanted to come with a dog and they prepared a special corner for her!

The labels for 'do not disturb/room ready to clean' are very small - I didn't even realize I had one in the room. The mattress was alright but that's subjective. The hair dryer is one where you have to keep your thumb on a button for it to turn on (which I personally dislike). Otherwise the hairdryer was fine!

The location was great for us as we were on bicycles. They were very helpful to provide secure bicycle storage. The breakfast was a good buffet. Most of the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The restaurant reception for dinner was not friendly. The waitress was in training, did her best but still had a lot to learn. The bartender/ waiter who initially greeted us was her trainer and did not seem to follow up well with her. We had to wait long period of time to get our food or an extra request.

Room was a good size, clean and attended to if required. Staff were friendly. The Level Lounge was well stocked and seemed good value for money if you could work around the opening times. Good and varied choice for breakfast. Hotel was located right next to a Tram Stop and a gorgeous park that was pleasant to run / walk through on a Summer's Evening. Not too much of a walk down to the riverside which was again, very pleasant to walk or run along.

We could not work out how to get out of the car park, despite having a paid ticket. We buzzed and buzzed through to reception who did not answer. Had to go back up to reception to get help. But, despite being given a new ticket, still couldn't get out. Had to improvise. I think the hours for the Level were a bit tight for business colleagues who may have been out all day, had a short turn around for dinner and returned to hotel at 10PM to find it closed. A little disappointing.

Very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the location is near a big gorgeous park. We could walk everywhere, or take a tram, but without any noisy crowds of people walking past our windows. The reception staff were the friendliest and most helpful ever, with the exception of one person, but the problem was quickly dealt with by the management.. I will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

It's more of a nice-to-know point - if you stay at the lower floors and have your windows open, you will also hear the trams. I wasn't bothered at all and slept with my windows open, but some people are sensitive to this kind of noise.

Overall I can say that I loved my stay, the hotel is super comfortable. The location was perfect for me - close to the main attractions, yet located in a very quiet and green zone. The staff was super friendly, I especially would love to thank the Level staff - so attentive and caring! The pillow menu is amazing, as someone recovering after an accident I absolutely loved my personalized pillow. When it comes to Level benefits - it was indeed great to have a more quiet and private experience for a breakfast, aperitif or a cocktail.

There was nothing I totally didn’t like, but the Level experience could have been better and more premium (even if that would mean a bigger cost). The wines offered were an absolute basic grocery store selection. Would be great to have the lounge accessible 24/7 (again - for a reasonably bigger price, as there were people who were clearly squeezing it all out of their Level stay at any time of a day, which was not a pleasant experience to join).

Very comfy bed and different types of pillows to choose from. Very quiet, no noise from outside or from rooms next door even when they were connected. Perfect temperature. Very good breakfast and coffee machine made great cappuccino. Walking distance to center.

The only thing that comes to mind is they don’t leave water in the rooms. Only in the minibar but very small bottles. I went downstairs to buy a 2 big bottles and they charged me 20€! So remember to buy the water someplace else!

The hotel is very pet-friendly, everyone was very welcoming and we could take our dog with us to breakfast and avoid leaving it alone in the room. The park next to the hotel is very peaceful. Parking was available and very convenient. The soap in the room is Rituals, which was very nice. The wellness area is not big, but very calming.

Poor room service during the weekend, the fridge in the room was broken and no one could fix it till Monday (we checked in on Saturday). The only solution was to move to another room, but we found out about the malfunction after we already settled and didn't want to move.

The personnel is very friendly. We arrived early and they checked if there was a room available. We also forgot something in the room after check-out and the guy from the reception personally helped us. The room was very cozy. The wellness is a nice extra.

The parking is quite expensive but they mention it before, 25 euro per day and 2.5 euro per hour. Although if you stay for 49 hours you would think they charge for 2 days but they charge the last started hour.
