The apartment complex is very well maintained. The balconies are a vibe, the apartment is modern and the host was very nice.

We booked a two bedroom apartment. Turns out that one bedroom is situated in the living room with zero personal space. The site does not include the information that one must pay extra to use the spa. Also, the apartment parking is basically non-existent, as it only has one apartment parking space (which was clearly occupied). The other parking spaces are down the street the complex is located on, but it is impossible to get one.

Apartment was in a good location about a 15 minute walk from the main square/old town area. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. It had a smart tv and small balcony with a decent view. We were also able to book the spa in the property for €10 each for a 90 minute slot. It was really enjoyable and had a pool, hot tub and sauna. The host was very pleasant and helpful.

Everything was great apart from internet not connecting to the tv meaning we couldn’t use Netflix etc. on it when having some downtime in the evening at the apartment. However, the host did try their best to resolve the issue but with no luck.

Cleaning crew got into the apartment using the door code while I was already there, the host forgot to tell the cleaning crew that the apartment was already occupied. Other than that everything was good .

Very clean, fast internet, free parking, we also liked the SPA. SPA costs an extra 25 euros for two people for an hour and a half. You have to book an appointment for spa so you have privacy just for the two of you.

It was a big appart with enough space space for a family trip

The TV was limited to local cable channels and didn’t have access to apps like YouTube, which would have been a nice addition for entertainment. Both mattresses in the two beds were quite uncomfortable for sleeping. I recommend the owner consider replacing them to improve guest comfort. For families, especially with kids, it's worth noting that restaurants and malls are not within short walking distance. Getting around is much more convenient by car.

Very straightforward process for accessing the apartment using a code even though we arrived after midnight. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable with a kitchen so that kept costs down on eating out. It was also walking distance to the wedding venue we were attending.

The code we were given stopped working on the 2nd day. Fortunately, we saw a staff member outside who let us use his code to get back in. He then supplied us with a new code.

I was surprised because it was a very nice and well-prepared apartment, spacious and elegant inside, and you have all the things you need for an apartment; within 10 minutes you can find grocery stores and restaurants where you can eat something; the manager is very polite, helpful, and quick to respond; checking in to the apartment yourself is basically easy if you know how to use the numeric panel and patiently make a few attempts; good wifi

I came to Skopje after a long break and forgot how dirty this city is - of course, the very center is being cleaned, but a little further away it is tragic, so, leaving the apartment meant coming across a pile of rubbish, buildings that were dilapidated and full of graffiti, cats roaming around and homeless people sleeping on benches; of course, it is not the apartment's fault, but it is worth knowing that the area is ugly and neglected; you have to walk about 20-25 minutes to the historical center

We have stayed here before and this is an exceptional place. It has 2 large terraces and the hot tub is a bonus in the summer heat. The hosts was always on hand to help with anything we needed and even gave us an apartment when we were leaving, as we had a night flight.

professional host, very nice and helpful. there was parking instructions included. room was large and had all you would need. Good place for value and the location was very close to some main spots in the area

The accommodation is large and modern, however cozy, very good value for money and overall pleasant. Had one small issue ass this should not be advertised with pool as it is different cost , however I am sure this was solved short after. Can not compline

Host were very friendly and accommodation, loved the garden terrace. Host were very helpful and answered the phone/texts immediately

There were electric issues and ants, but the hosts were very co operative and fixed the issues straight away. You have to contact them in order to turn in the jacuzzi in the room however they answer immediately so it’s not an issue. These are very minor, we would recommend this property
