Location was great, right in the city and close to city train station. Room was a good size for one person on an extended stay. Kitchen was well furnished with decent amount of crockery. Bathroom and shower were nice and good size too. Bed was comfortable and nice to have big TV.

There was not enough cleaning products for my 10 day stay. The rubbish and clothes cleaning facilities are very difficult to find and get to, not friendly for limited access individuals. Would have appreciated more storage in the room.

We spent the weekend with three friends and all the facilities — especially the location, which was most important to us — were great! I would say the couch wasn’t very comfortable for two adults, but the bed was nice. It was a bit warm, so we used the fan, but it didn’t help much. Still, I would definitely recommend this place. The online code system was very convenient — no need to ask for four spare sets of keys. We also did a late check-in for only €20, which was super handy.

Great place honestly goo value for money tbh. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Me and my frineds arrived early so we needed to check in earlier and it was totally without a charge so that makes me very. They were very hospitable and responded to me when ever I needed help.

The sofa bed was uncomfotable tbh. But very good value for money at the end of the day.

I had a great stay at BRIGHT DORTMUND. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. What really stood out was the flexibility and hospitality of the host — I was able to check in early with no extra fee, which made my arrival so much easier. They also provided a fan free of charge, which was a nice touch during the warmer days. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Dortmund

The accommodation is very close to the central area, and it is easy to reach. Access to the building and the room is done through the apps they provide, so there's no need to worry about carrying keys or cards with you. The room was clean, equipped with all the essentials, and we were even greeted with a small surprise. It's a quiet neighborhood, very close to the subway.

The positioning of the building is close to the center of Dortmund so you can get anywhere you please fast. You have beautiful view and the subway is nearby as well as shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean, modern and the assistance is very kind and helpful

The building use door knobs that are unlocked by using a code or a phone. Sometimes it's easy to open the door but sometimes you have to grip the knob a little bit harder to get inside. The first day was the most challenging one

The location was awesome! It's just a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute ride to the city center, and only 3 minutes away from the main central station. The place was super clean, and they even gave us some free stuff like coffee capsules and a bunch of tea bags. The room and building entrance are both smart, so you don't have to worry about keys or cards.

I loved everything in the apartment. Location was very good. Room was very clean and spacious enough with additional facilities such us kitchen and utensils for self use.

Unfortunately, the lift wasn’t working upon my arrival and I had to carry my children’s carriage to the 3rd floor. Hopefully it’s corrected now

Good location, clean tidy property, all amenities you would need for a weekend - kettle, coffee machine, toaster, hob, fridge, iron and board. The code to the front door didn’t work on the first night so we called the number provided and the person was very helpful and got us in to the property. They then advised someone was coming out shortly to fix it and we didn’t have another problem all weekend! We got a late check out for free and the customer service team on WhatsApp replied very quickly and checked in on our stay. Great little place for a weekend city break!

Perhaps an automatic air freshener in the bathroom or insense. There was a slight smell of cigarettes in the bathroom - perhaps the ventilation from another apartment .
