The location

The accommodation is very close to the central area, and it is easy to reach. Access to the building and the room is done through the apps they provide, so there's no need to worry about carrying keys or cards with you. The room was clean, equipped with all the essentials, and we were even greeted with a small surprise. It's a quiet neighborhood, very close to the subway.

The soundproofing of the rooms and the lack of ventilation in the bathroom.

The positioning of the building is close to the center of Dortmund so you can get anywhere you please fast. You have beautiful view and the subway is nearby as well as shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean, modern and the assistance is very kind and helpful

The building use door knobs that are unlocked by using a code or a phone. Sometimes it's easy to open the door but sometimes you have to grip the knob a little bit harder to get inside. The first day was the most challenging one

The location was awesome! It's just a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute ride to the city center, and only 3 minutes away from the main central station. The place was super clean, and they even gave us some free stuff like coffee capsules and a bunch of tea bags. The room and building entrance are both smart, so you don't have to worry about keys or cards.

Good location, clean tidy property, all amenities you would need for a weekend - kettle, coffee machine, toaster, hob, fridge, iron and board. The code to the front door didn’t work on the first night so we called the number provided and the person was very helpful and got us in to the property. They then advised someone was coming out shortly to fix it and we didn’t have another problem all weekend! We got a late check out for free and the customer service team on WhatsApp replied very quickly and checked in on our stay. Great little place for a weekend city break!

Perhaps an automatic air freshener in the bathroom or insense. There was a slight smell of cigarettes in the bathroom - perhaps the ventilation from another apartment .

Excellent location, very close to U-bahn and Hbf. Great bed. Variety of tea and coffee. All appliances you need. Everything else you might need is near. The park, shops, restaurants, even medical institutions and garage.

I would like to see bigger tea cups in the future :) Our room faced the street, so if you want your window open during night, it could get noisy till 1-2 AM. Otherwise, the windows are soundproof so maybe it is not a big issue.

It was amazing that you have all the house-facilities in 1 small place for just a few days instead of just having a room with a bed (hotel). We could cook ourselves, chill on the couch, properly eat at the diner table. It was spacious enough. Very happy with the accomodation!

Only thing that’s nice when staying at a hotel is getting clean towels every day, having the room / bathroom cleaned and clearing the sheets of the bed. But for a 3 days stay it was just enough and did not necesarrily miss this!

The priice was high, especially given it has no hotel services. Probably because of UEFA Euro, which was the reason why I traveled.

Super Clean and comfortable apartment. found all the necessary things. Quite big for the family you can accommodate easily. Bed and Sofa bed both are very comfy. There was no AC in the room but that small FAN worked like a chiller in the room :D

If you got the room on the top floor, then you need to walk one floor as lift is going till the 4floor only :(

Definitely a big plus is the cleanliness in the apartment as well as throughout the entire property. The apartment is very comfortable, cozy, and well-equipped. Very good location of the property, close to parking, and it's very quick to walk to the city center. I will definitely choose this place in the future.
