Unique location in still untouched lagoon. We had the room with direct access to swim which made it very special despite the rainy conditions. The decorations are also great and so is the food! I find the other reviews nonsense! This place is absolutely worth it!! Tip: take the boat free of charge and leave the car on the other side of the lagoon to avoid a bumpy ride

There was a bit of water coming in to the cabin so I suggest better isolating them. Also would recommend changing the kayaks as they are rather old and not in the best conditions

This is a very special place. It feels like family here. It reminds me of the vibes of Tulum in the early 2000’s. It’s a beautiful oasis far from the noise of the Mayan Riviera. The food is delicious so you don’t need to leave for food. Kayaking was beautiful. They have yoga, massage, temazcal, DJ’s, dancing, live music on the peer while we danced in the water of the lagoon, with double rainbows coming out of the sky. It’s definitely worth the journey. I highly recommend this place.

This hotel was more than amazing! The staff - Ferdi, Rachell, the elderly boat driver, and everyone were the nicest, kindest, most helpful people🙏🏻 The rooms were beautifully decorated, huge and the bed was so comfortable! The water front rooms right on the lagoon were spectacular to just go for a swim when you want. I could permanently move in here!

This is a lovely place on a gorgeous lagoon. The bed in the room was super comfortable and their are beds by the pool and lagoon to lounge in.

The listing showed the location in Huay Pix when in fact it is on the other side of the lagoon. You have to do a lengthy drive down a crazy dirt road. A road that can become impassible in the rain. Thankfully it looks like there will be some road improvements soon. Also the price I was charged was significantly higher than the price shown.

The location was beautiful, and hard to beat swimming in the water and pool. They also had kayaks which were lovely for going out onto the quiet lake. Super comfy mattresses too, and if you are travelling on less of a budget there are some very deluxe rooms available.

It is a very secluded location so it would be harder to do for long stays but for a couple days is perfect!

It’s beautifully hidden away, and quiet. Staff is more than friendly and kind. It’s like being lost in nature we can’t wait to return. Sasha gives a lovely massage, and the Caesar is very hospitable

We had a stupid tropical cyclone 🌀, not anyone’s fault. I loved everything about this place

Amazing location on the lake. Friendly and helpful staff (though slow service). Lovely rooms. Delicious food and drinks.

My room was next the sewage /septic tank. Really stank. The pool was not clean. The food /drink is very expensive.

The location it’s unique and it’s definitely worth it. Also I wanna leave a review here clarifying prices of the restaurant are normal. So many reviews saying was expensive. Honestly very affordable prices and staff is great

It’s in middle of the jungle and that’s amazing but it was quick noisy (music going hard) until 12am.

The other reviewers seem to have overly high expectations for a nature retreat by a lagoon. It was great, just be aware of the mosquitoes
