Excellent location, a lot of facilities offered by the hotel

There was a compulsory additional deposit upon arrival as a guarantee, despite the fact that everything was booked through booking.com. This was done on 26th of July. Today 9th of August the amount withheld has not been returned yet , plus currency exchange fees i was charged. This is bothersome.

Sunprime is a gorgeous adults only pool..As the resort is huge there is always a sunbed available and there no leaving towels out in the morning to reserve beds. The breakfast is fantastic with gorgeous staff, especially Sakip . He made us smile and laugh every day at breakfast. The beachfront outside the resort is gorgeous and the direct access from the hotel is fantastic with plenty of restaurants all the way along the beach to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Very friendly and helpful personnel, always ready to help you. Excellent restaurant with local and European cuisine. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with very good noise protection:despite of renovation of another building, we haven't heard any noise. Owing to very good location you can easily walk to main tourist street with souvenirs and cafes and it takes not more than 10 mins. There is an ATM and a grocery store at the the territory. Very good swimming pools. Very clean beach with guards.

Russian tourists. I expected that people who support the war which their own country started against Ukraine, are not welcomed in the world, but they are still there

Chose here is it was listed to have 4 bars, 2 restaurants, 4 pools & daily activities. Which is correct but it failed to state that only 1 restaurants was open is the dates we stayed it was low season, activities were speed between this hotel & the one next door that was full of kids. We specifically choose Sunprime as its adult only. Hard to get served at the pool bars. One end of the hotel was very clean, super quiet & relaxing. Then the far end closer to the beach was extremely busy music playing all day more of partying style. Conventionally a little shop onsite but paying hotel prices. Room service was fast, food was hot & tasty. Good menu to choose from. Lots of variety to choose from at breakfast. Reception staff were great they helps us book some trips & shows

When we checked in we were told we had a free room upgrade but our room had the most awful smell coming from a drain in the bathroom. Smelt like sewage it was awful & got worse by the day. The cleaners were trying to cover the drain with cloth or a towel. It was horrific Cocktail were also not good at all

The staff are all friendly and polite. The resort manager walks around and greets their guests. The location is situated in a quiet Kamala beach. Breakfast is great with a variety of choices.Not sure why there are some super negative reviews, maybe personal experience but our stay is just a pleasant and enjoyable one.

The air conditioners take some time to get cold.

Bed is good, breakfast is fabulous including egg making persons- we used beach view restaurant although there are 2, many good maintained swimming pools, inexpensive good show and excellent buffet on Thursdays, friendly personnel, close to beach and many restaurants, minimarket, ATM, 700THB transfer from airport, exotic fruit evening market nearby twice a week, magnificent Carnival Magic and Fantasy shows in 10 minutes walk

No printed information in the room about resort map and Kamala area map, resort facilities, restaurant menus, yoga and swimming pool exercise activity times, taxi prices and nearby attractions. Request non smoking room if you are not smoker: they gave us a room with a decent smell but they changed it in 5 minutes as we complained.

We got a free upgrade to a suite on arrival, which was a lovely surprise and just stunning. You can't go wrong here with 4 swimming pools, including two with swim-up bars, and located right on the beautiful Kamala Beach. They run a shuttle bus to other parts of Phuket for a small fee but I suspect you need to book in quickly. We only stayed for 2 nights on our final stop before flying home and missed out on the evening shuttle into Patong (well worth a trip for the novelty value alone) but it meant we had to get a tuk tuk home which was a great experience in itself - you can crank up your own sounds and have your own private disco as you whizz around the windy roads. Great cocktails. Nice touch was a letter under the door on day 2 to make sure we were happy with everything. Great service! I imagine it would be a great base for doing day trips to other parts of the region.

Very minor thing. Breakfast selection is extensive, but hot food wasn't kept warm enough in food warmers. Tip: they have coffee machines so you can make yourself a fresh coffee rather than the filter coffee that has been sitting for awhile.

Multiple pools to select from, fabulous and fair-priced massages on-site, quiet with no kids around, some very attentive, friendly staff - particular mention and thanks to Lee and Sankrip. Eventually got the Ground Floor Terraces we had booked (nearly 11mth previously) - it meant a couple of room moves which was a little bit inconvenient and not assisted by the hotel. Beds are on the firm-side, but not rock hard like others in Thailand we have experienced. Fabulous location - honestly, this is the biggest draw card of this resort. Small, well lit rooms.

Very large resort, with a very large population of a certain cultural group. We knew this going into it. This group are +60yr and generally very unfriendly- will walk straight at you. This group proliferates the front pools. Other reviews on various sites have referred to these pools as being like nursing homes, and I won't disagree with this. It creates a rather melancholic vibe unfortunately. We found the beach far better vibe!

Location and beach access ! Staff were friendly and pools were beautiful! Great rooms with big fridges and balconies .

Food at hotel was a bit expensive and average . Limited selection of room service. More lighting around the pool at night would be great so you can swim a bit later and perhaps a bit music and atmosphere around the pool .

Clean and comfortable resort , friendly staff , reasonable prices and good facilities Staff all helpful , special mention to Lee at the pool bar who was incredibly friendly and always made everyone smile
