Check out the Bistro, the chef, the staff is hands down the best. The front desk is phenomenal, well I guess It would be accurate to say that the entire staff was absolutely great. This is all shifts. For multiple days, this was a home away from home myself and my family. Location is convenient to all things. Check our Dixie donuts down the road you won't be sorry. Irenes for delivery and if you don't want to go anywhere even better eat in site. Management also amazing, and very engaged in the day to day actions around the hotel. Also don't forget to state of the art lounge/fire pit area, and the pool. Needless to say out status, although it started out as a less than desirable, the front desk turned that around immediately and we had the very best stay. Can't wait to go back. Thank you everyone at the courtyard we miss you all already

Everything was overall pretty great. The location was roughly 15 mins away from Mohegan Sun, which is where the event was that I was attending, so that was pretty convenient. The room was clean, A/C, refrigerator, and facilities all worked as they should.

Wifi was very spotty for me my whole stay, I even paid the extra $4.95 for the premium wifi, and it was still spotty. Put a damper on my plans of streaming live from my hotel room.

The Hotel is excellent. My Husband and I were visiting there because we went to concert at Mohegan Sun. It was also our Anniversary. Spent time in Mystic Village and Seaport. Also downtown Mystic was very nice. Very nice restaurants. Especially the Mariner Restaurant. My husband and I got to use the Pool ---Very Nice! Nice warm water!......Marriott Courtyard also serves cookies,,,,Oatmeal raisin & chocolate chip cookies were very good.....Given extra towels when needed,

The Breakfast was good. Loved it. But wished it wasn't so expensive. Also The Bistro was supposed to be open for nights. It was not. That's all I didn't like.

Everything about my stay was great! We went for a family gateway and extended our stay a extra night. The kids loved the pool & the free cookies. The front receptionist in the night (a guy with braids) was very friendly and outgoing he had a conversation with my self and my husband while we was at the bar. The person doing the bar drinks was great also!!!

The hot tub was not working and they was no sign alerting the guest. Definitely more than - towels should be placed in the rooms. We had no conditioner in the room.

Staff was super friendly along with cleaning staff, always with a smile, 5 stars 🌟 place was awesome as we stayed in King jacuzzi suite, was everything we asked for & had some dinner at Bistro that was cooked fresh & so yummy, even the attendee at Bistro went above & beyond to suit my needs, deffenitly recommend & will be back.

Wish they had a continental breakfast 😕 included.

We were greeted by Betty, who was the nicest person to be greeted by at a hotel. She was extremely friendly, made additional accommodations for our family and was very patient with us a check-in. It was a great start to a great stay. The pool was clean and the water was nice and warm. The room was spacious and beds were very comfortable.

We had to leave by 7am the next morning for a function. We tried to get coffee made at 6:30 and then again at 6:45 and were told no, had to wait until 7. It would have been great if there was a "serve yourself" coffee station. Hot tub not open

Mateo is the best employee you have so friendly and very knowledgeable. He helps every person out like their family.Every one that walks by says hi Mateo he's also ask how's everything going and he also remember you he gets 10 stars such an asset and he really enjoys his job if you show him this it's from mister Drapp thanks

Loved the room, facilities and food options. Everyone who worked here was welcoming and friendly. From the Starbucks counter to the front desk and even the cleaning staff, they truly wanted us to have a nice stay. We took advantage of all of the facilities that were available. Had the pool to ourselves in the evening, despite an almost sold out hotel, and even got to use the fitness center in the morning. Our two queen room was quite large and even had a small couch and balcony. It was a wonderful surprise. Easy travel to Mystic, New London and casinos.

The hot tub was out of service. We were really looking forward to the hot tub, but still enjoyed the heated pool.

I enjoyed how quiet and private the floor we stayed was and how cozy the room itself felt. My guest and myself really enjoyed ourselves.

My only complaint would be that. After my stay like once we woke in the morning. There were these real tiny ants crawling on one of the nightstands around an empty container of would we had the night prior. Didn't ruin my stay but didn't expect that with such a quality room.

Hotel was under renovation. Rooms and hallways looked and smelled very clean and the rooms were comfortable.

Bench in the gym was falling apart. The location was "meh" but the hotel was a good value for exploring the nearby coastal towns.
