Coat was affordable for the are

This place could use a little bit of updates. The 1st Room I was booked in to said it was clean but it was not clean at all and it smelled like smoke as if someone smoked in the room. The housekeeping lady happened to be nearby and said no it's definitely not clean. The whole facility is a non smoking facility. I was given a new room.

The lobby smells good, The rooms are great size and the beds are comfortable.

Breakfast isn't free, I think only one elevator was working and it was very slow.

Very nice bed, good view, spaciousness. Also had tv with excellent channels, fridge, microwave. Nice area with easy reach to Columbus center and many parks, bike trails nearby. Many restaurants and a major shopping center nearby, too. Free water bottles and fruit all day long at the reception, but no breakfast, restaurant is closed (not a problem, as there are many others in walking distance)

Walls are super, super thin. Luckily, I didn’t have loud neighbors, but I could hear every word in neighboring room, spoken in a normal voice. The elevators were very slow, it was faster to walk the stairs.

Great staff, nice amenities and best of all the heat works! Microwaves are also available in the room. It was a very pleasant experience.

The property was very nice and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was all good.

The location was convenient to stores and highway. It was very clean and bed was comfortable.

No breakfast and the carpet was wrinkled in the hallway which made me nervous about tripping because I have to use a cane to walk.

Shower hard to regulate. Not a big issue but when I turned the water on it looked like bubble bath had been put in the tub. Maybe it wasn't rinsed out??

Everything was excellent! The hotel was gorgeous and very clean. Liked the indoor pool. Loved the location. Very clean and quiet. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a good selection of food.

staff was fan tasting. it was raining and they came outo t the lot with an umbrella to get me.

our original room room 201 was the very worst we have seen the bedding was terrible. they did move us to a different room and this rooms was what we were used to.
