Friendly welcome. Helpful reception staff. Comfortable lounge area with bar. Free tea and coffee all day. Very good breakfast with lots of options. Comfortable bed. Few minutes walk from Älvsjö Station.

Windows wouldn’t open so unable to get fresh air into room. Unable to adjust temperature in room so at times became too warm and muggy. High windows in room meant the view from bed was just sky! Our room overlooked the large conference centre so nothing but very large roof to see anyway.

The location is excellent, right next to the main line that takes you everywhere. The staff very helpful and friendly. Had an issue with the cleanliness of the room but was solved promptly. Free coffee and tea available at the lobby.

3 persons room is equipped with 1 bunk bed that pulls out. It’s not bad, but definitely a different experience. First night was a bit worrisome, but really got used to it.

Not sure of the facilities at the hotel, however if you are looking for a no frills hotel, this would be it. The room is quite small and the tea/coffee are not available in the room but readily available at the lobby. The heater in our room doesn't appear to be working so well and the hotel staff was kind enough to loan us one, including the water kettle as well, which helped us a lot otherwise we'd be going down the lobby several times to get water. The bonus is that the hotel is within walking distance to the train station, and overall, we are pleased with our stay!

Personell was friendly and helpful. I did have an incident with the lock of my room, which they reacted to adequately. They could not have prevented this (the lock tragically dieing), and responded to the issue well. Neither of us was waiting for having to move rooms but we made the best out of a bad situation. The breakfast facilities (and times) were very good.

Personally the softness of the beds is not for me. Also the pillows were challenging. I had to really fold them up to get the support I was looking for.

The hotel is located near Pendeltag Älvsjö station (5 min walking), well connected to the center of the city. Kind and helpful staff (responding quickly to inquiries also before our stay). Very clean. Room not very big, but sufficient. Room was quiet. Comfortable beds, TV, a desk, 2 chairs, a safe. Quite reliable WiFi. Well organized bathroom. Shower gel & hand gel included. Very good prices (esp. taking into account growth of prices during Taylor Swift's concerts). I recommend breakfasts - decent choice of bread, cold cuts, cheese, cereals, boiled egg, pancakes and more. Accommodation worth its price.

Quiet neighbourhood, lovely design, very clean. Great rain shower. Close to the train station, takes 20 minutes to get from the motel to the city center. Decent fresh and varied breakfast. Free coffee and tea in the lobby for motel guests. Room was facing the railway but no noise comes inside (although it means you cannot open any window). Luggage storage was very convenient.

Beds are indeed very soft as mentioned in some other reviews, but it didn't bother me much. Some staff members are not too friendly. No bath mat provided :( Inside the room you can hear and feel neighbours slamming doors, insulation could be better.

9mins walking distance from my conference at stockholmsmassen, peaceful environment, really near the station, unlimitted coffee and tea till 1am, extra bed for toddler.

Bed was too soft, the water to wash your behind doesnt reach(no biddet) I think you are supposed to use paper so I had to improvise as that is not acceptable. The extra bed for the toddler was a folding one built at the top of the main beds, my toddler might fall so I placed it at the floor.

The property was well located near the station and only a short journey to Central Stockholm. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

My room was on the 8th floor which was serviced by two lifts one of which went out of service during my stay and was out for over 24 hours causing delays getting to and leaving my room at busy periods.

Very kind staff, especially the male staff members who worked at evening and Night this week-at the reception — very helpful and kind 🤝. Had 2 teens with me on holiday- didnt know the area well… There was also a staff member named Suleiman who could speak Swahili, and he helped lot too 👍.
