I stayed here for 2 nights and first I encountered few issues when I came but from the manager of the hotel to staff everyone is doing their best to solve the issue and they are always there whenever needed anything. I loved the fact that the rooms are clean and tidy and also the hotel is very close to big mosque, i would recommend it for those who are looking for a stay in Muscat.

Too much luban smell (traditional scent), the hot water sometimes takes long time to be heated

Beautiful lobby and a great café! Extremely polite staff! Dinner and breakfast were very good! Spacious room, very comfortable bed! Everything you need is in the bathroom!

A downside is the small bathroom, where the shower door hit the toilet and couldn't be fully opened. The bathrooms could be cleaned better – there were old stains in the shower.

Near from city center and is good for family

Swimming pool was closed and restaurant also all my stay because of maintenance for long time and also because of that there is some problem in ac but they solved quickly

Staff is very kind and supportive. They upgrade us without additional charge . Moreover, they allow for late checkout till 6 pm with additional 5 OR only . In the restaurant, team provide us IFTAR for free which show their kindness and hospitality.

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms There was a coffee shop at the lobby of the hotel which i really like, and the barista was so nice and polite, in addition, he makes a great cup of coffee

We had to buy water as they gave us only 2 bottles of water each day

All the Staff members are very very friendly.. I chose the deluxe room and it was quite comfortable.. The food in the restaurant is also good.. Very clean room. House keeping is very good Room service is quick They are very generous when it comes to keeping water bottle for the guest

AMAZING! We felt so safe and living up to its name, Secure. Staff were exceptional, food was fabulous and it was just brilliant all round.

Other than the heat which is no one’s fault, nothing. But then staff accommodated by lowering our air con.

An excellent room. Clean, comfortable and modern. We had a quick check-in, and staff is attentive and courteous. Some things we liked: - Affordable room rates with breakfast included. We felt like we got a good deal. - Large TV and overhead shower. - The restaurant on the ground floor delivers room service till midnight. Affordable and decent menu (we did not try the food though!) - Several restaurants and a supermarket at walking distance from the property.

- Wifi was poor. Get a local data sim. - Shower temperature was lukewarm. I reported this to the staff. They courteously took the feedback but we were ready to checkout by then (1 night stay only). Ask for this when checking in if you're particular about a warm shower. - The rooftop pool was closed for maintenance. The property did not inform this until we wanted to use it. This didn't bother us, but they should be proactive in sharing this info as it is advertised as an included facility. - The location is an industrial area (within the city). It's far to get to and there's no sightseeing nearby. That said, it's not noisy, or smelly, nor is there a safety issue.
