Spotlessly clean everywhere, very comfy, bed, temperature perfect with quiet Air Con, quietness all great. Good Shower, Windows opened for fresh air. Good TV, loads of sockets for phones etc. Location for onward travel near to major roads so very little added time for onward journey, near to cheap fuel, charging areas and large shops. Easy acess to Le Mans. Great Staff we spoke with 4 all spoke great English and other languages. All Staff freindly and very welcoming. Large free carpark. Lift and Stairs. About 1 3/4 to 2 1/2 hours to Caen ferry port Motorway or Non Motorway ideal for Brittany Ferries time table. Many places to buy food for all budgets take away or eat in, Great Breakfast. Coffee and snacks from good value vending machines

coffee was via vending machine, no facility in room, not a problem as good coffee and other hot drinks around €1.30 from card only vending machine 24hours downstairs. Cold drinks from 2nd vending machine with snacks and chocolate.

Everything, easy to find near to route I was taking, warm welcome, spotless room , super comfy bed, ultra quiet air conditioning that worked a treat, window opened for fresh air, shower had pressure, shower cubicle was large, towels available, good TV, WiFi, lift excellent breakfast. Room was a basic.(Premier Inn style) But was exactly what I was expecting. Loads of plugs for phones ànd stuff, whole place was spotless àll public areas and room . Picture of Room is as is. Really couldn't fault this in any way. Room ànd breakfast great value. Vending machine for snacks ànd hot drinks.

Nothing àll really good

The gentleman who was there at check-in was amazing. So helpful. We arrived at 11 am after 14 hours driving. and really tired. Check 8n was at 4 pm, but he went out of his way to get a room ready for us as quickly as possible. He recommended a restaurant for lunch and had the room ready when we got back. Service above and beyond. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. My wife myself and our cat slept really well. Breakfast was continental but there was a good Selection.

I knew there was a €6 supplement for the cat, and as I had already paid for the room, I asked to pay the supplement. I was told breakfast was extra €8.60 each, which I thought was a little steep for continental breakfast. I would have liked a cooked option. And then We were charged an additional city tax. There was no mention of that anywhere. So my ,€6 supplement for the cat turned into €110 so beware you may think you have paid up on booking .com, but you will get charged extras

Stayed for a night in the way to Calais. It is quiet, confortable, friendly staff and nice breakfast. Good for pets and secure parking space. Close to a nice restaurant which accept pets too.

The access to the hotel is very difficult. The site (all hotels and restaurants) is in a knot of roads with very confusing access even with a navigator and not a name you can follow from the roads. If you miss the exit then you are in a motorway for quite a while until you can return back. It is a shame. We really like the location next to motorway and still quiet but will not stay here again unfortunately. The were road works so this might be an issue.

Ace Hotels are always our main choice when traveling in France, they are perfectly located next to motorways for a stop over. There's a safe gated parking. There are plenty of food options around, Mc Donalds, etc, and some shops. There's a brand new Tesla charging station next door, for those who have plenty of free time to spend and questionable choices. Big room, good bathroom with heated towel radiator. Very friendly staff :)

Breakfast could be better.

Friendly welcome by the receptionist who spoke very good English. The hotel was very clean and the room was larger than your standard travel lodge room. The room was in very good condition, it looks like it has recently been renovated. The bed was a super queen size, very comfortable with great pillows, all leading to a good nights sleep. Large shower in a modern bathroom. Free WiFi and great continental breakfast. Great 1 night stay on our way further south.

We stayed at Ace Hôtel for one night on a road trip. It is an ideal location and accessible for travellers with parking and a locked gate at night, which made us feel safe with our car/belongings. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and checked us in seamlessly. The room was clean and comfortable and perfect for one night's stay.

The Ace hotel was perfect for our overnight stop on our way from the Pyrenees to Calais. Close to the motorway. The room was clean and functional. The beds were comfortable. They accepted pets which was important to us because we were travelling with our little dog. Good restaurants nearby for dinner.

Could have had more than one pillow each.

This hotel is perfect for a night's stopover en route to our property in France and we would definitely use it again. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful, the room is bigger than average for this type of hotel and spotlessly clean. Pet friendly and well placed not far from the motorway with a basic but good breakfast buffet this is excellent value for money.

Honestly can't think of anything. Maybe not the prettiest location in Le Mans for a holiday - but great for a stopover.

The parking, the staff was extremely polite and helpful, everyone smiling, clean room. Breakfast was tasty, loved to boil our own eggs. We also loved having our coffee outside the restaurant, surrounded by flower bushes.

There was not enough hand wash, just this tiny detail, the rest was perfect.
