The location is excellent, 2 mins to the Darjeeling mall. Staff is very well trained and professional and know how to treat their guests well. I would particularly mention Vikram at the reception who made sure all my requirements are taken care of. I am very happy to see that even after so many years in the business, Dekeling has not lost its touch and charm.
Nothing as such. I would suggest they can add a dental kit and include coffee in their in-room beverages

Location is excellent & Beautiful Kanchenjunga view is seen from the lobby. Hotel was neat & clean. Everything is okay, only one problem, there is no elevator. Owner of the property Mrs. Sangi is very nice person. She is so cooperative & friendly. Property is very good. Food of the Dekevas restaurant was excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The lounge was a good place to meet other guests and has spectacular views of Darjeeling and the Himalayas in the distance

Hotel have best location and very near to taxi drop off and pick up point and even alot of food option available in hotel and outside too staff is very helpful and for mall road and kaventers just have get down and you are there which best part.

The staff were very attentive. Even though they did not do evening meals they cooked us a delicious curry each evening
They climb up 108 steps to reception was a bit of a trial ,especially for elderly guests

Beautiful location, great scene from the room, close to local amenities, fantastically friendly staff and able to cater for more than just a stay if required.

Hotel offered me auto upgrade without extra charge as the booked room was not correct condition. Staff and Manager's behavior was good. We had a nice stay.

Location is <3. View is wesome.
There are stairs for four floors to reach the hotel. No lift is there. inconvenient for elderly travelers.

All staff were courteous and very helpful.
The only thing that is needs to be added to the price is breakfast.
